Well made I will be using it in Canada for scallop diving as the legal limit is 4 inch shel height should hold up well for this from what I can see

Awesome product and has held up well to multiple crabbing trips. Rock/Red crabs are minimum 4 inches in California which makes this gauge perfect to measure the rock/red crabs with. Before I found this product I was using the dungeness gauge which was a big headache since they are not made to be used for those kinds of crabs. When measuring close to 4 inch you are most of the time guessing to see if it is legal or not when its at the mark. Luckily, this gauge makes it alot easier to figure out. Highly recommended...!!!
