Very good butter and appreciate that it is in a glass jar. The butter texture is good and it tastes very fresh. It has a nice light yellow color and is easy to melt.

This is an excellent high-quality organic ghee made from grass-fed dairy in California. The texture initially felt slightly gritty but then melted beautifully on the tongue straight out of the jar with no unpleasant texture. The aroma was distinctly caramel, butterscotch and the flavor was rich, buttery and slightly nutty. It's excellent for cooking eggs, sauteeing greens like kale or chard, or eaten straight out of the jar as a treat (don't knock it till you try it). I haven't tried any sweet applications but I imagine it would be equally wonderful (sweet potato caramel is first on my list of dessert recipes to try with this ghee). Wildly better than Purity Farms ghee, which had an odd slightly plastic-y cheesy odor and waxy texture. The glass jars are well-packaged for shipping and the customer service is excellent; I especially enjoyed the handwritten note and informative brochure. I purchased an 8oz jar and now I'm kicking myself for not buying a larger one; they're available in three different sizes (8, 16, and 32 ounces). As soon as I run out, I'm going all in for the 32 oz jar!

This is the 1st ever ghee I’ve actually bought and tried. What an amazing one to start with. I read lots of rating, blogs, & articles about Ghee before I bought any. I do a lot of research before I just buy something. A painstaking amount. This one popped up on just ab every list I saw. It really sets the bar high in terms of flavor and I will now compare every other ghee brand to this one. Also love that it’s organic. Doesn’t have a strong cow flavor (some of the grass fed ones literally taste like dirt and have a funky flavor but this one doesn’t. It’s more of a caramelized butter flavor). Will more than likely buy again.

I could eat the whole jar in one sitting melted on bread and hot food. Love it!
