I bought this as a gift and did not receive it at first when it said the package was delivered. I contacted the seller and they worked quickly and efficiently to resolve the problem. They sent out a replacement almost immediately, at not extra cost, and it came just in time for Christmas. The product itself is spectacular. An exact replica of the one from the show! The paper is a thick card stock quality and fits perfectly in an 11x14 in frame. I feel like I am actually in the office just by looking at it. Hands down the best purchase and experience I have had ordering on Amazon and would absolutely recommend to anyone even thinking about purchasing this product, or even just anyone obsessed with The Office that doesn’t have or know about this amazing product!

Nice picture I thought the lines would be more crisp this almost looks like a copy of a copy but I still love it.

My wife and I are "The Office" nerds and so when I saw this on Amazon it was a no brainer. Does not come with a frame but since it's a standard 11 x 14 sized print then no problem getting a cheap frame. Catches my eye every time I go into her office.

If anyone has ever wanted Pam's painting or to gift it, this is where you should buy from. It comes just as it appears in Pam's art show and looks much better than the official product sold on the NBC Store with the fake frame on the poster. I was skeptical at first but once it was delivered, I was very happy with my purchase. I ended up buying two as Christmas gifts and I'm very satisfied with the look of it and price as well!
