PCOS and pregnant
UPDATE: I am now 5 1/2 months in my pregnancy and I took this product my entire first trimester , as the bottle states. I was also given the confirmation by my doctor, whom loved the ingredients and found them to be much better than prescribed prenatal pills. There are many reviews that I see saying they do not work, but they do if you use them correctly and give it time. Obviously people take it due to fertility issues, but every person does not know their underlying issues that are contributing to them having fertility problems. So you can’t have insulin resistance or blocked tubes and expect this product to perform a miracle on you, there is more work that needs to be done. DO YOUR RESEARCH and have your bloodwork done to rule everything out before looking to use this product looking for a miracle. It is very unfair to say it doesn’t work and bash them when the buyer doesn’t even know everything that is wrong with them or given it enough time to get into their system. Of this changed your cycle, it’s because your body is trying to correct itself, but many are unaware of that as well. READ upon how supplements work if you’re going to use them, but don’t bash and blame the company when you too play a part in the outcome. I am a woman who was diagnosed with PCOS at 17. Was told I would not be able to get pregnant without medical assistance. I found Conception just randomly on Amazon one day, read the reviews and decided to try it. I’ve been trying for years and never have been able to get pregnant. I was on my second bottle when I got my positive test. My husband made me test, because I completely overlooked all of my early pregnancy symptoms due to me having the same symptoms at times when my cycle is about to start. But this time my cycle never started, only spotted a few days here and there. I would say add this to your regimen if you are struggling. I was just being setup to see a Fertility doctor and Endocrinologist and now I no longer even need to go that route. I added this to what I was already taking to help me, royal Jelly 1000mg twice a day, Neoq10 twice a day, Liquid folate once a day, prepprep twice a day, cassavum twice a day, Cod liver oil pill once a day for omega 3.Wheatgrass shots 3 times a week, bone broth daily, Acupuncture , and superfood supplements, Glucosmart to help control insulin resistance, daily probiotic by ultimate flora, and intestinal formula by Dr Schulze to keep my body free of toxins while on this journey. I cut out a lot of processed foods from my diet to help me with the process, ate only seafood and no soda with tons of alkaline water. It sounds like a lot, but when you do it daily it becomes a lifestyle and then you don’t notice. Unfortunately us women with PCOS have to go through tremendous hoops to get our bodies to work right, but I am here to let the others know that it is possible for us to conceive NATURALLY with a few changes. I have my second doctors appointment Friday and will update along the way ☺️

Worth trying, we have 2 living children thanks to these
This brought back my periods when I was not getting them at all for several months. When everything my previous OB's had tried, had failed. It took a year to get pregnant again after a miscarriage on my own. After taking this for several months it would only take me 2 cycles to be able to conceive again after a pregnancy loss. We have been able to have two healthy children because of this supplement. I also believe that it helped regulate my periods after I had our firstborn and prevented excessive heavy menstrual bleeding that I'm now having several months after having our second baby. I did not start taking these again a few months after having baby this time around like I did after the first baby. My ferritin is extremely low from losing so much blood every month from my period. I just bought more of these pills to help regulate my cycle and help get my ferritin back to normal. We would not have 2 living children if it were not for these supplements. I do not continue to take them after I test positive for pregnancy. I only take them when trying to conceive and when postpartum.

ABSOLUTELY WORKS!!
Diagnosed with PCOS at 17 or 18 yrs old. Never had a cycle EVER I am 34 now with no cycles! I’ve only ever had a withdrawal cycle using Provera….fast forward to finally dropping the money on this after a couple yrs of going back and forth if it would even be worth the money. WELL I AM HERE TO SAY IT IS ABSOLUTELY WORTH THE MONEY! Haven’t finished the bottle yet, I started taking it 12/17/25, two pills once a day with food on the day I started my period…fast forward here we are 01/09/2026 and I’m either starting my cycle or having some implantation spotting and cramping. We have been trying to conceive for 6 years with no hope. This is the first time EVER that I will have had a cycle on my own!!!!! Or gotten pregnant successfully! JUST TO NOTE: I did a 7 day Provera (medroxyprogesterone) to have a withdrawal bleed and started my cycle on 12/17/2025. So if these pills worked I am right on time to be in the implantation window of my cycle if we conceived. I will do an update next week on what actually happened! Stay tuned! UPDATE 1/11/26…couldn’t wait anymore, took a clearblue rapid detection HPT I’m between 8-12dpo I believe. WE ARE PREGNANT! It’s not super positive but it’s positive.

Miscarriage. NOT worth the risk!
UPDATE: It seems the company has added a few more sentences to their instructions. I can definitely say they were not there when I purchased the product. I also just checked the bottle I still have and nothing there either. They are, "This product works best for women with irregular cycles and requiring hormonal support. Consult your healthcare professional for women with regular cycles before using this product." It seems this is their way to address the many negative reviews that touch on this. Unfortunately, they still have in there to continue taking the pills through the first trimester. Since these are not FDA approved and contain powerful herbs this statement should be completely removed. There also is no proof that this product is "best" for women with irregular cycles. And ALL supplements, especially ones taken DURING pregnancy should be consulted with a healthcare professional, not just women with regular cycles. Read on if you'd like to hear my story. I got pregnant the first month of taking these. We had just started trying the month before, so not long - I just wanted to boost conception. I have regular periods but noticed I was ovulating later in my cycle. When we went for our 8 week ultrasound we were devastated to learn that our baby had stopped developing at 6 weeks. No heartbeat. I had all the pregnancy symptoms still up until that point so it was a complete surprise. My body has yet to expel anything so I will need to undergo a D & C. I would not wish this feeling on anyone. My skin also broke out like crazy through the pregnancy. I have seen other reviews mention horrible breakouts while taking these. I have absolutely no idea if these vitamins played any role in the miscarriage. Miscarriages are common and the majority of people taking these vitamins might already have fertility/miscarriage issues to begin with. There is no way to find out for sure. I can say that I will try everything I can to have a different outcome next time. Update** I’ve just had my 2week post op follow up with my dr. I asked her what she thought about these prenatals, and because I believe everyone needs to be informed about what they put into their bodies, this is what she said... 1. There is no where near enough iron to meet the requirement of a pregnancy 2. She highly recommended against taking them because of the herbal blend. She especially pointed out the Chaste Tree Berry (Vitex) as it being a very powerful herb and there is no telling how each woman’s cycle and system would respond. 3. Stinging Nettle should be avoided in pregnancy as should Ashwagandha. 3. Most herbs (including ones in this formulation) should be stopped immediately upon first learning of a pregnancy. Unfortunately, there don’t exist any real trials on using herbs on pregnant women because it is too risky. So this prenatal I have no doubt has helped many to become pregnant, but on the other side it may also be too risky to take to carry on a healthy pregnancy. There might be something to them creating non viable pregnancies. This really needs to be looked into. After my miscarriage, focusing on a future healthy pregnancy is much more important to me than any urgency to simply becoming pregnant. Latest Update: I am currently 10 weeks pregnant. This baby has been closely monitored because of our previous miscarriage. I am happy to report everything looks great! Healthy heartbeat and growth every week. We got to see our baby moving on an ultrasound yesterday. I’ve been using prenatal vitamins recommended and prescribed by my doctor. Be careful with herbs!!!

Smell is terrible
The pills are a bit bigger than I thought, and the smell is atrocious! Other than that, the bottle was sealed, and they were not expired (I've read a couple reviews where they received an expired bottle)

IT WORKS, BUT GET BOTH MALE AND FEMALE VERSIONS: A review from a male's perspective
This is my same review on the male version and I'll keep this short. My other half and I are not exactly spring chickens. We're both in our late 30s, and had begun trying to get pregnant for about six months to no avail. We carefully followed her ovulation schedule. I put in a lot of extra "effort" (I'm not 19 anymore, mind you). Nothing. She decided to try taking the female version of Conception. We used that for a month, followed her ovulation schedule, nothing yet. I was getting ready to face the prospect of shelling out the cost of a Lexus for invitro/fertility treatment like a lot of other friends who tried getting pregnant well into our 30s. I was not happy about that. And then one night while drunkenly perusing Amazon, I noticed there was a male version and it contained a lot of the same stuff I used to use as a younger male for results in the gym. Amused, I ordered a bottle. It arrived, I started taking it, she kept taking hers, we stuck to her ovulation schedule and I continued with my heroic efforts. And before that first bottle was even gone, I woke up one morning with her standing over me holding up the pregnancy test with a bit, blue POSITIVE indicator sign. We're now about to enter her second trimester and according to the OB, all signs are good to go. And I spent $40 on supplements, rather than $40k at a clinic. I'm very happy. OBSERVATIONS: 1) As I had originally observed, this stuff contains a lot of the same stuff that you find in testosterone boosters for athletes. And there is a noticeable increase in testosterone. Not huge, like I experienced with other supplements--getting angry, oily and horny like it's 1999 all over again--but I did notice an increase in libido and overall sense of well-being and enthusiasm to work out, both in and out of the bedroom. 2) As goes hand-in-hand with increased testosterone and as this product claims, you will notice an increase in "volume." Without going into graphic detail, as any guy older than 30 begins to notice while rocking out solo, what goes into the napkin (or sock, if you're reliving sophomore year) starts to get thinner, less dense and more watery. Solely for the purpose of science and education, I engaged in a one-time experiment in manual extraction--the result far more resembled what I remember ending up in the tied up Gold Trojan back in high school, with my awestruck girlfriend staring in on shock and wonder. 3) Morning Wood begins visiting EVERY morning again. 4) When you stop taking it--much like with testosterone supplements--you will experience a temporary "low," or period where you will not desire much in the way of exercise of any sort. As much as I love feeling randy as a teenager, I would also love to keep my hairline into my 40s. Toying with testosterone can be dangerous at my age. And in any event, most females (my other half, included) will be so physically sick during the first trimester that you aren't getting any action, anyway. Far be it for me to waste a chub, but I'm also not of the cheating persuasion and I doubt my other half would be very amused to find me making an enthusiastic withdrawal from the spank bank at my desk one night with my wingman, Ketel One. 5) A minor note, but the pills--particularly the female version--reek of a strong urine odor. My other half was thoroughly disgusted the first few times she took the pills, as was I but, like a lot of other experiences in life, if you put anything in your mouth enough times, no matter how gross or bad it smells, you eventually get used to it and might even begin enjoying it. IF YOU'RE HAVING TROUBLE CONCEIVING, BEFORE YOU CALL THE CLINIC, TRY CONCEPTION FOR A COUPLE OF MONTHS. CHANCES ARE, YOU WON'T REGRET IT.

Giving it a second try...
11/29/19 I have been taking this for 16 days so far, I am 5DPO. I have been feeling early pregnancy symptoms. I truly believe I will have a BFP soon. I will keep y’all updated. Regarding the beginning of taking the pills, I did experience headaches, and neon urine. After a week I guess my body got used to it and the headaches went away after a week. The neon urine went away after the pill kinds of gets through your system then I take the second pill. The second week the pill was easier to take and I felt good taking it. It’s different adjusting to them the first week but it gets better. I saw that many people got pregnant then had a miscarriage after they stopped taking these vitamins after they got their BFP, I will be taking them my first trimester. Overall, they got pregnant so it’s obviously working. I am early but my symptoms so far are: my man have vivid dreams 2 days after I ovulated. Also, after ovulation I felt a tugging feeling, I’ve been cramping and gassy these couple days, usually I poop everyday but now I’m backed up, my temperature rises then goes back down, I have this weird taste and usually my breathe doesn’t ever bother me but now it is. I have to pee after anything I drink. I think that’s normal but now I be having an urge to pee and sometimes it’s little drops and I’m like bruh, so I’ll go drink a lot of water to relieve that urge. I’ll fall asleep after eating and my man have to keep calling me back to back otherwise I’m going right back to sleep. So many people see me being bloated and automatically ask me am I pregnant, that has never been a thing. Everyone keeps talking about me being pregnant so maybe I am. I don’t really have a favorite thing to eat anymore. In addition to taking the conception pills, I’m taking maca root powder mixed with cranberry juice as well as other vitamins like a,b6, biotin,c,d,e, cranberry, and apple cider vinegar. I’ll cut down once I get my BFP. But those vitamins, maca, and conception(2pills, morning and evening) is what I take everyday. Today it 11/29/19. I will be back with an update if I am pregnant or if was that the progesterone in the conception pill. Thanks for reading if you got this far! Update........ 12/5/19 Today I am 11DPO I tested with early response and got a bfn. As well as 9&10 DPO I got a BFN. Hopefully Monday I have a BFP otherwise my cycle may start and it didn’t work this month. I had high hopes I would get a BFP the first month but I guess not. I just wanted to get a BFP and reveal this on Christmas but I guess I won’t be doing that from the looks of things. I don’t feel like the vitamin is doing anything once you get used to it. My cramps went away then I got sick. Now I’m better 4 days later. Still getting a bfn. What a rough 2 week wait. 12/8/19 new update... today I woke up 13DPO and I was spotting and had some cramping but it didn’t last long at all. Is this my implantation bleeding or period. I’ll keep you’ll updated. 12/11/19 update. Spotting stopped and cycle started. Usually I wouldn’t spot my cycle would just start but I spot for 2 days and the third day my cycle started. My man is going to take the men conception vitamins to see if that will help us next month but with me alone with this product did increase my libido and wetness but I didn’t get pregnant, I spot for two days, cycle was 1 day late, bfn. Because my man said he noticed a difference in me taking this I ordered the men kind for him. I also gained weight taking these vitamins as well. I’ll keep y’all updated on if my cycle ends up shorter this month. Also so far it isn’t heavy but the flow just started. Be back in a few days with an update. Btw the vitamins will be here tomorrow, next day shipping. 12/16/19 update The vitamins are causing my cycle to last a lot longer than usual. Hopefully this the last day spotting (day 3) past my normal days. Today I also finished my first bottle. I'm kind of considering stopping the vitamins because the spotting hasn't stopped but I will give it one more week and hopefully it stops. 6/17/21 Literally wasn’t taking anything but ate oysters and took sea moss every now and then and a month later found out I was expecting. I now have a healthy 6 month old baby boy. Personally the sea moss helped my vitamins level and the oysters helped with my ovulation far as making it easier for implantation. Those are the only two different things I did and I was so shocked I was expecting I didn’t have a clue until my cycle didn’t start.
