NICE!!!!!! I have a couple booklets i needed to 'punch' holes in to keep in a binder! This is the ticket! Stuck in in my Ryobi drill, and slowly drilled holes thru the booklets. Clean holes. Very Happy with this item!!

This hole punch is Chinese. The sheath it comes with has Chinese letters on it. That said this thing is awesome. I bought it to use in my drill press but didn't even need to. It is sharp! I've punched 1000s of pages with it now. I just flip a notebook upside down and drill holes in sheets where I want with my hand. Works really good. 50pages at a time. I imagine the drill press would make much shorter work of it though.

I made some decorated blank book journals and used this to drill three holes each for binding with post screw sets. This thing went right through 22 sheets of 100# cardstock plus two pieces of that dense thin cardboard that's basically 1/16" thick cereal box. After about a dozen holes it filled up very tightly and I had to use a smaller conventional drill to get all the paper punches out but that wasn't a big deal. One tip I discovered that prevented bulging on the bottom side is to place a piece of pine board under the project instead of on the drill table hole.

I don't have the machine that this should work with, but it's great. I just punched through over 50 pages using a 3d-printed guide and hammering the punch drill as if it were a nail all through the pages. It worked great. Be careful, it is very sharp.

Will work with a standing drill or a hand held drill.
