Why did you pick this product vs others?: It's a better nicotine mint than other products. The others are chalky and leave your lips with white on them. These also melt more like candy where there is a more medicinal feel to other brands. Also, the price is better.

I stopped smoking 1 year ago. I was a 2 pack a day smoker for more than 30 years. I first tried the nicotine patches but quickly learned that I was allergic to them. I then tried the 2 mg lozenge which worked great to curb my cravings. Now I've started using the 1 mg lozenges, alternating with the 2 mg lozenges, in an effort to reduce the amount of nicotine I'm putting into my body. I really can't tell the difference between the two. This regiment works for me as they definitely keep me from smoking. They also taste good, very minty. They are big enough to last me about 25-30 minutes which I need. Otherwise, I'd just want something else in my mouth. I'm certain I'm still an addict, since I now crave these. But I feel good about them because everything I've read says that they are much better for you than smoking cigarettes. Even my doctor didn't balk when I told him I use these now instead of smoking. I took that as a good sign. I haven't had any side effects at all with them either. I love them and for now, I'll continue using them until I'm ready to start weaning off of them.

This is exactly what I was looking for. Quit smoking years ago, but hooked on all the alternatives to smoking. Needed the smallest amount for that last buy. This is it. Just needed 1. It doesn't taste great, but not that bad. Such a small amount and very little enjoyment. I know that sounds bad, but it's what I needed to let it go for good. Thank you for making this product!

Cheaper than Nicorette and does the same job. The 1MG tablet, which is hard to find, is a nice way to wean off the 2MG common version. This 1MG lozenge is a bit smaller than the usual 2MG version (Walgreens, CVS, Nicorette), but it allows you to cut your nicotine consumption in half without really noticing.

I have been smoking for 18 years. I was 14 when I had my first cigarette and it became an addiction shortly thereafter. Last year, I switched to vaping. On April 6th, 2020, I just couldn't take my chest feeling tight any longer, and I was determined to quit inhaling nicotine into my lungs with the goal of getting nicotine out of my life forever! I was determined to be healthier, happier, and calmer! I was on "coronacation" due to COVID-19 and took that time to give myself the gift of quitting an addiction that I hated having. Thankfully, I work at a company that still paid me during that time. Thanks, T-Mobile! I went out and purchased some 4 mg lozenges. The first week was AWFUL, but I'm sure I would've gone right back to vaping without the lozenges. It got easier. "So much joy comes from suffering in the name of something that matters to you." I told myself that anytime I felt like giving up. After three weeks, I went down to the 2mg lozenges. I didn't even notice the reduction in nicotine. I ordered these 1mg lozenges knowing that going from 2mg to zero nicotine seemed like something I couldn't handle. Friends told me to just cut the 2mg lozenges in half, but then I'd just be annoyed by the shape and I'd probably just use them more frequently. Today is May 10th, one day shy of another three weeks since I went down to the 2mg lozenges, and I am officially one day into using the Habitrol 1mg lozenges. I am so pleased. Once again, I didn't notice the reduction in nicotine. They last just as long as the equate brand does and taste even better. I'm so happy there's a company out there that makes 1mg nicotine lozenges. In three weeks, I plan to switch to cough drops to make the final transition to being completely nicotine free less stressful for me. I am back working at T-Mobile. I'm so happy! 1 MG option is only available with Habitrol and offers much better means to avoid becoming addicted to nicotine replacement products. Next step would be a 0 mg placebo if drug companies really cared about people, but we already know the answer to that question
