I came here to write a review about how horrible the product is. Then I saw photos and I realized I had installed the fountain parts upside down. The pieces are like umbrellas, not like cups. I took the fountain apart and reassembled correctly and now I love the fountain. It works great.

I’ve used it for dipping strawberries, making chocolate-covered pretzels, and even for a small dessert night with my family. The temperature stays consistent, so the chocolate remains melted and ready to use the whole time. It’s also very easy to operate, and cleaning it afterward doesn’t take much effort

Very bad pool, bad that I used my chocolate melted it and the pool did not work, the engine is too small to warm up the chocolate and it was wasted time and money, the saddest thing that my children were sad because there was no pill for their strawberries and musmelos, but an idea worked for me and I put it in a bowl hot chocolate and the happy children should NOT sell this machine, make better products, thank you. Size is great - not too big or too small. It is a little loud when operating. Overall easy instructions and easy to use. Washed well and fit back in box for storage.

We bought this for baby shower, it worked well. You need to pre melt the chocolate with some sort of oil, we used 16oz ghirardelli melting wafers and about 2-4 tablespoons of coconut oil then poured it on the machine. As guests used the chocolate, we wished we added more chocolate. Cleaning was a hassle, we should have cleaned it while it was still warm instead of scraping the harden chocolate off.

The design is so pretty. It’s so convenient to use. It’s slightly noisy but for the price, it doesnt even matter to me. My friends loved this as well as my family. Great value for the price. I used almost 4 bags of ghirardelli chocolate and it lasted for hours

I really wanted to like this chocolate fountain.... but the whole thing was a mess. The machine has to warm up 30 minutes! The chocolate has to be heated in the microwave before adding it to the machine....unless the fruit is totally & completely dry the fountain Chocolate The chocolate solidifies & seizes up. That isn't a good thing to happen in the middle of a party!! Better instructions & disclaimers would be better!

This chocolate fountain is amazing its not too noisy how some people said i use about 2 pounds or less of chocolate and its amazing

Misleading. It's 110v, not 220v which means u should get a power adapter

We bought this for my baby shower and future events when they come up. A little loud but easily drowned out in a larger room with more ambient noise. The pieces were easy to take apart and clean. The most important part is that you MUST mix the chocolate chips with vegetable oil (I used coconut) in the ratio recommended (3/4c oil to 2lbs chocolate). We left it running for hours with no issues.

This item comes from the USA and it dangerously the incorrect voltage to use in UK and Europe!

Encantada com a máquina, porém quando liguei ela começou a fumaçar! E não ligou mais. Minha voltagem é 220 e eu coloquei o transformador para ligar ela e mesmo assim na funcionou
