Good griddle
This works well on my Weber grill and was much less expensive than the Weber alternative

Great for paella
Made paella twice with this and turned out great on an open 22" Weber kettle. The pan is cast iron so you have to treat it well, season it, keep it dry etc to prevent rust. Also this pan is thin so it's susceptible to warping - keep the heat evenly distributed as much as possible.

Love the Idea of the Pan, but Rust too easy!
Bought this pan for mostly water. I keep water in it while I smoke my foods to help keep moist. Never used Pan, until today but kept it under the Smoker with a Cover and noticed the Rust. Was pretty disappointed as I've never used before. Love the idea of the Pan and will continue to use it, but needs better Paint / Powder Coating to help prevent from rusting.

Thinner than advertised, but works.
I was shopping for a large griddle to put on top of my 22" weber, and this fits nicely with the lid on. I scrubbed it clean, dried it thoroughly and seasoned it in my oven per the instructions. The pan took the seasoning well and developed a deep amber patina after three coats. I was disappointed by the 16 gauge steel used for this pan when it was advertiste as 12 gauge steel. I expected a pan of this size to warp easily and it did. Considering my intended usage for charcoal grill and campfires, I'm not too concerned about the warping. Once the pan was seasoned, I fired up my weber with an even layer of hot coals and put the griddle on the grate. The griddle came to temp in a flash. I guess that's one advantage of it being a thin metal. I cooked some hashbrowns and taco meat for dinner. It's odd, but I really wanted to se how it handled hashbrowns. Everything cooked up beautifully, and the pan earned a star back during the cook. I had it at 3 before the cook because the misadvertised thickness really bothers me. I got a little too aggressive when I cleaned the pan and scraped away some of the seasoning. I use carbon steel and cast iron pans regularly so I know this no big deal. I heated it back up and did a little more seasoning on it. I expect that after a summer of use, I'll have a well seasoned, black griddle. Pros: light for it's size and easy to maneuver. Huge cooking surface. Versatile. Handles straddle the grate handles on a 22" weber which keeps the griddle from spinning or sliding around as you cook. Seasons well. Heats up quickly. Cons: thinner 16 gauge steel than the 12 gauge in the description will warp. Large size is hard to store, but needs stored in a nice dry environment so it doesn't rust.

Love the pan
We have used for several dinners so far. Did get a slight warp in pan after season was done. Fits perfect in BBQ and is super versatile. Last use was Birria Tacos so good

Great addition to OK Joes DLX pellet grill
Gets really hot, really fast. Made mistake of setting grill to 350 for bacon, forgetting the grill will be hotter then that since thermometer is temperature of the air inside. Burned bacon really quick. Just have to remember the griddle is always much hotter that the display on grill says.
