My baby had baby acne and cradle cap so bad he looked like a flaky little croissant. The pediatrician recommended this, and I thought, “This tiny tube costs HOW much?!” But I gave in. Acne cleared in 2 days, cradle cap in 4–5. Boom. Worth it. It says fragrance-free, but there’s a weird avocado-ish smell. Not awful, just… interesting. Now I want to try more Mustela stuff—but wow, my baby’s glowing and my wallet’s hurting.

I was looking for something to help my daughter’s face and body primarily, so I wanted to include pictures in case it is helpful to others in our situation. I rated this product a five because I think it would show the greatest benefit to an infant with mild cradle cap and does soothe and reduce redness, even in severe cases like with my daughter. However I’m not seeing a dramatic difference in use to reduce or remove it. It does seem to be helping with the redness over time. I included pictures of the first 4 days of use (clockwise starting from top left). I do think it helps soothe her skin too so I’ll keep trying until it clears on it’s own. It looks so amazing about 30 minutes after application. By the morning the dryness and scaling returns, so it would be good to adjust to apply in the daytime vs the night for an event or photos. Other reviewers have noted that it smells bad. It has a smell, but I wouldn’t classify it as bad or awful—just like you imagine an unfragranced lotion would smell. Hope this helps anyone looking for something for their baby’s face or body!

My girl had cradle cap pretty bad so i decided to try this product out and it’s life changing!!! After 2 uses her little scalp was flake and itch free! Her little scalp feels nice and hydrated, not to mention how soft it leaves her hair! If you’re tired of your little one having am itchy flaky scalp definitely buy this! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because it’s on the small side and it smells but not too bad.

This is the only cradle cap treatment that worked for our little one. We tried multiple other cradle cap treatments including a couple cradle cap shampoos, baby oil and tubby Todd’s cradle cap treatment. We have only used this for little less than 2 weeks and the difference it has made is amazing.

The packaging came a little rough, however the results of this product after a 1 time use was mind-blowing! My son is 3 months with a lot of hair and we had been struggling with cradle cap since he was born. I tried baby oil as instructed by pediatrics. I used warm water, aquaphor, everything Google told me to use. Nothing worked. I finally decided to give this a go after researching several products and reading reviews. I wish I would have gotten a before picture, my son had big flakes that were really in the hair follicles front and back on his head, his skin was also really dry on his forehead even with lotion. Also note I didn't use the Mustela shampoo/etc, I left overnight per the directions and rinsed with CeraVe baby shampoo. Here is the photo after the 2nd treatment, goodbye cradle cap!

Works great! I have tried several different products and this is the only one that actually worked. Cleared up my daughter’s cradle cap after only two applications.

My son who is now 5 has always had cradle cap since he was a baby, despite using various products, nothing ever worked until I used this. Instructions say to leave on overnight, I only left this on for 2 hours and it completely removed all the flakes. I will note I used this alongside the Frida baby sponge/brush and the two together worked like magic. There is no strong smell, causes no discomfort whilst on and is really easy to apply. I also used this on my 2 month old who had the very start of cradle cap and it completely removed all the tiny flakes after one use. Highly recommend as it's gentle but very effective.

In general cream works amazing ( I bought it with my friend recommendation) but this one has super strong bad smell on my baby head. Im not sure it has to have any seal or no but it hasn’t have any (probably that’s seller fault, made me worry what did i buy) I would highly recommend this cream but to buy from the other seller.
