Good quality rings, very effective for enhance the strength with skills. Value for money.

It is easy to setup, and adjust height. The grip is good. Just that when I put around 70 kg on one ring, its adjusting parts handle broke, but its grip stayed and is still usable, that was the only issue for me.

wooden ring is good but buckle is hard to use.

This product is good quality . The rings texture gives extra grip and traps are made up of plastic so it strong enough for putting a extra weight for both pull-up and dips but the buckles are the tricky part because if you put a strap straight in .it's loses while hanging , but you put like this in the image it's grips very strong otherwise it's very nice product
