Happy with both the product and the customer service
The first one was DOA, yet after shipping the old one back, both the shipping and the replacement were covered. The unit itself and its main cable are sturdy and well-made. The same is true of the modular cables. All the cables have a generous length. There are little tabs that connect ends of some of the cable connectors (what a concept) and, when handling them gently -- which I recommend -- I had no problems with them. Some swag is provided in the form of velcro straps to help wrangle the cables. I think they look cool.Overall I am happy with the product and the customer service.

Only 14cm deep, nice
Standard ATX PSUs today are 16cm deep, therefore if the connectors on the bottom side you cannot (usually) put a bottom 120mm case fan. However, this PSU is both extremely high quality AND short. The main competitor (SeaSonic) locate all their outputs on the buttom part of the PSU, so it really sucks for anyone who plans on getting a bottom case fan.The unit is quiet. Not silent, no.. But not louder than the competition (SeaSonic G series).Packing is not much protective.
