One of the best choices I ever made
As a woman of a certain age with severe asthma and the resulting leakage that comes with it. I was looking for a panty that gives me much more dignity than the adult diapers I had been regulated to using before discovering this option. These won't protect me from a torrential accident should I have a very severe asthma attack, but they aren't heavy, they look cute, they soak up dribbles (as long as I don't do anything I know will trigger a severe attack). They give me the dignity of comfort. They last forever as well. The only problem I have ever had with these panties is losing some of them. Please don't ask how I managed to do that. I will say that they are kind of useless against a heavy period or gushing urine. But, I use backups when that might be a problem. If you have light urine dribbles or a light menstruation, these will keep you dry and comfortable.

Better than expected
I piss when I cough and I have a chronic cough. It’s stressful to leave the house. I can soak these and my pants remain dry. I don’t smell either. I can generally get through the day without changing underwear and I don’t have to change pants or stay home. They dry within the day if left out. If needed I can wear normal underwear between me and the dried panties. Still effective, no smell. Downsides: I prefer briefs; these are shorter and roll down about a centimeter under my belly. They are a little bit tight on my legs but otherwise fit perfect and comfortable. There is a slight rustle but no one would guess why. You can solve the rustle by cutting out the absorbent fabric over the butt, if you don’t leak that direction. If there is ambient noise you’ll not hear it.

Nice Product, Works Well - I recommend
This period under does in fact work! And it works very well! Super absorbent, and durable. I’ve been using these along with some other period pantries for several months and have never had a leak with these. I will say that they can be a bit uncomfortable at times. They dig into my legs a little. I think if I got a size bigger, they would be a bit more comfortable. But other than that, I don’t really have much of a problem with them. I definitely recommend.

Good back up underwear
These are good with incontinence pads. They're a great back up. They wash and dry easily and are comfortable. Some had a small amount of shrinkage as I dry them in my dryer, but not enough to be a problem.

Comfortable and works as expected!
They stretch and are super comfortable! Mild noise from them but only noticeable in pajamas. For size 20 pants the 3x fits perfectly. I do not use them solo, I use them for extra protection at night and during the day to prevent accidentally bleed through. They do exactly that and nothing gets through.

Try these; I think you'll like them!
I'm post menopausal and have "light bladder leaks", and finally decided to try period panties instead of using panty liners. So far I'm really pleased with these, AND they don't look like granny panties! I bought one package and was so pleased that I decided to go big and bought two more! They really get the job done, they seem very well made and are quite reasonably priced for 6/package. It's also nice to have a choice of colors. I would say these are a low-cut brief style (I'm 5'3', and they are abt 2" below my navel). They're a lightweight cotton/spandex blend with flat, narrow elastic. The crotch is not thick, so they look/feel like regular panties. I haven't noticed any "crunchy' sound of the waterproof layer when wearing! My only minor negative comment is the cut of the rear legs/butt: when I first put them on, they feel a little weird in the "wedgie" zone, but after wearing them for an hour or two, they feel fine. They haven't been laundered yet; I expect they'll be fine and I'll hang to dry (I don't use my dryer much). Value for money: great Comfort: very good Material thickness: not too thick, not too thin!

Why did I wait so long
I have known these were a thing for a while but never thought much about trying until my pelvic floor muscles and bladder were giving out on me. I was having to change my panties every time I coughed or sneezed or laughed or stretched - and I hated wearing any kind of pantyliners or pads, especially the ones for incontinence- they made me feel like I was wearing a diaper. Anyways so I feel way more confident in these and has saved from having to change my panties sometimes multiple times a day! I also especially love wearing them in bed because I can stretch however I want and know that a little tinkle is okay lol. One thing I was worried about was the odor - but there is none! Plus they are comfortable! Won’t go back to normal panties now. I took off one star because I got the XL size and they were a little snug so I ordered the next size up and they fit the same way but I’ll be alright! 😁

After reading reviews, I decided to give these a try but when they arrived and I felt how paper thin they felt, I knew it would not work out for me. So I decided to return them. Material was nice and colors too. It would work better with a pad or tampon. Probably would be fine without anything extra if you have light periods. I had purchased these for overnight protection because I have a Neobladder, and needed protection against light leakage.
