Just what I was looking for
You don't need to spend a fortune for a solid gas spring monitor arm. This did the trick. Holds my monitor up above my desk and I can move it all around in different directions with ease. You can adjust the screws for various desired tensions on the arm. Very sturdy materials and pretty easy to install. Has a couple of removable plastic covers for the cable management system that pop in and out once your arrange your cables. Only gripe is I wish it was a little longer so it was right in front of me instead of to the right side of my desk. I wanted a more finished clean look and hooked it right in through the desk grommet in the corner instead of the included clamp that would be exposed since the front of my desk faces the room. I recommend this product.

CSGO PLAYER Games
Hello, the person reading my review. First, you want to know is this a good single monitor holder and will it give me the functionality I want? Answer: Yes I can bring the screen close for when I am playing games like CSGO and back it away when I'm surfing or doing a relaxing game. It's easy to assemble and you can adjust it in any position to the point where it just works with your monitor. I have BenQ XL2430 Monitor at 1`44hz and I took the back part off replaced it with plenty of parts included ensuring this works with any monitor as long as its not a 20lb brick. So from a nerd/gamer who enjoys good products, this works. I am ordering a second one and never use regular stands ever again wants to get the motion that these give you will never want to go back to a monitor just sitting there.

Looking for a budget but good monitor mount?
I have tried three different monitor mounts and this is the best. The first one I had is a little cheaper with plastic material and fixed height, so it become annoying when you want to adjust the height or make some small position adjustment. The second one I bought is a dual monitor mount with gas spring, but you can tell that the mechanism and material as soon as you open the box and touch on it. This one, with just a little more bucks, you get metal frame, and you can easier feel the quality of the gas spring. Assemble is super easy like 5 minutes. It is very sturdy on my desk and I can now adjust the position freely. So if you don't have a very heavy monitor and kind of short in budget, this one is probably the best one you can find on Amazon at this price.

Exactly what you see
Honestly, I was a little skeptical, but after the install and a few weeks of using it. This is def. worth saving the extra 50-60 bucks the pricier ones cost. Super sturdy, comes with all the hardware needed, and also very easy to install. The only Con may be that some people could expect more versatility. It swivels around well, but the height does only go to a certain amount...Some could prefer it to go higher. It's good for me.

Great value for the price paid
My computer desk is not large enough to handle 3 monitors. This is the best alternative. Unfortunately with my setup, I couldn't install the stand mount on the back of the desk and only on the side. Since it's installed on the side the arm is longer than expected and the angle of the arm is not in the desired location. The arm is easy to swing left and right to turn my computer light on and off. This works just as well if not better than the recommended arms on websites.

Don't spend more than you have to!
I did a lot of research before buying my monitor mounts. I watched videos telling me I'd have to spend a good 100 bucks per mount to get something of average quality. Even more for what these arms do. They have a full range of motion giving an amazing ability to align and position the way you desire. The build quality is fantastic with a full metal C clamp design and non slip rubber padding. I personally put some extra wood between the clamp and the table to get some extra structure on the bottom side, as many recommend for any mounting arm. But the best part? The price. 40 dollars buys you a top quality mount. Very little wobble or shake. There will be some with it extended out but it's acceptable. If you want your very first Vesa mount this is a great one to get. It comes with all the screws you could need for a variety of monitor mounting holes, and even some standoff type plastic if your monitor has a recess. Will buy from this company again.

Overall not bad
Overall Not bad, There seems to be a rust spot or a weak spot on the metal of the lift arm. Other than that it works perfectly. I did need to loosen it up just a smidge at the base. The arm comes in extremely tight on the base of it however it is not bad. I will adjust it more when the screen comes in. The best part about this arm is that it allows for a 360-degree screen tilt. However, with the wires, I wouldn't suggest tilting past 90 degrees.

Very nice monitor arm, works with clamp or bolts
This monitor arm was half the solution to my wife's ergonomics problem working at home. She is very happy, we've had it for about a month and it has helped her quite a bit. At this point it's about at it's max extension since the desk is very large, so I may move it to the center and drill a few holes in the plywood "desk". The tension is adjustable for different monitor weights and there are two different mounting plates depending on your monitor type.
