I basically use the computer for social media, shopping, email,and browsing. Have it for about a month and so far no problems. It's a lot faster than my other computer and it goes from site to site much faster. Had no problem with seller and arrived on time as promised. It's quiet running, don't even know it's on. Easy hook up and step by step instructions to set it up. Had everything I was looking for. DVD player, CD writer, SD card slot, ethernet hook up. Over all I'm pleased with it so far.

Seems to be working just fine so far - I just set it up a few days ago. Price is quite reasonable for the performance.

I had this computer for 5 weeks then it crashed after it downloaded an upgrade that through off the Bios program. People at Acer didn't give me the time of day because for some reason the numbers don't match. I thought I got an Acer Aspire tc-865 but instead it seems I have an Aspire tc-1660. Even though I have the 1TB HDD. I will hang onto it for now but if it starts to mess up, I'm going to demand a refund. James

HDMI ONLY. HDMI only. No VGA as pictured on the back and in the Description. I'm sure he realized that considering he supposedly writes down and records the serial numbers . So you might want the serial numbers before it ships and that way you might get a computer with 2 HDMI and 1 VGA connection on the back. My newest computer blue screened on me after only 2 years and that why I needed this one. I have been using an older and slower one that 7 years old before this purchase. Still wish it had a VGA connection on the back.

I use for my home office using Microsoft 365. Computer works well.

This computer crashed while even trying to get it to turn on. It crashed 3-4 times daily once you did get it to work. When I tried to file a warranty complaint, they couldn't even find the Serial number in the database WORLDWIDE. It's possible that the one we got was a lemon that had a new serial number attached and then was sold by a 3rd party. Anyway, I will not buy an Acer ever again. The support guy was super sweet and nice and all, but offered nothing towards the warranty because they couldn't find the serial number on the data base. I'm still waiting for the refund money to come through. Let's hope Amazon honors the refund request! I did purchase a separate warranty recommended at the time--- but they wouldn't do anything for me since it was within the one year time allotment and Acer was supposed to cover that. Only they didn't. Note that all I was trying to do was basic word processing, emails, etc. No gaming or anything extreme. It was a sad little computer. I hope it has a better future than it had in my home.

Simply love it.

One month old pc would not boot. Blue screen of death. No direct phone number or email to clear this up. Delayed responses via Amazon. Local repair diagnosis corrupt windows 10. Clean install $150. Vendor sent solutions that needed working pc. Assumed I could go into bios or find restore sector. Only had iPhone.
