These quick splice work well and secure the wires tightly. the easiest way is to use a duck bill nose plier that closes evenly or even tap them in with a hammer if they are on a flat surface. a small wood block with a carved out square deep enough to hold the lower half if a lot wire splitters used. The splitter contact must be pressed dowel evenly so as not to bend or damage. Practice tome first. I am not a paid Amazon reviewer.

I've been splicing wires since I was 16 but when I discovered these clips my life got a little bit easier. Decreases the cutting and stripping to a minimum. Can't give them five stars due to the difficulty using them. Ruined a couple trying to crimp them with plyers before I broke out a hammer. The hammer did the trick. I'll buy more when I run out.

I’m not an electrician, so this makes connecting wires incredibly easy. It’s a great variety for connecting different-sized wires to one another. I used it to connect a backup camera to my car, and it made splicing one wire to another a breeze.
