*TWO* BROKEN pieces I have ordered 4 different Tender Leaf furniture sets for a dollhouse Christmas present. The first set (kitchen) arrived today and I’m completely UNIMPRESSED. Two of the major pieces are broken. In addition, the finish detail is not what I would expect considering the price point of Tender Leaf. While the company’s designs are adorable, the quality does not justify the price so far. Fingers crossed that I can get the sets I need in good condition or I’ll be returning them all and buying a different brand. UPDATED: I’m editing my review from 2 stars to 4 stars. I received the replacement kitchen set, as well as the 3 other sets, and they are in much better condition- no broken pieces. My final analysis is, while these sets are super cute, the finish detail (visible glue, paint chips, connection gaps, etc) on many pieces is sloppy. Not a huge deal, but I expected better considering these are on the high end of children’s dollhouse furniture. If I were to buy again, I would probably go with one of the lower-priced brands. They might not be as cute, but their sturdiness and detail quality is nearly equal at a much lower price point. I expect I’ll have to keep glue handy for future repairs. One positive is these sets are made in Indonesia, not China. That’s a big plus for me.

Tender Leaf dollhouse furniture is very well made and painted. Will last not just a lifetime for my granddaughters but also for their children! They’re well worth the money.

Thank you.*** ***UPDATE- got in touch with the sales manager and he will be shipping a new set. They have been helpful and very professional.*** My daughter was ecstatic when this arrived. However, upon opening the box was a huge disappointment. The chair was broken in three pieces, and almost every piece had either marks, chips, stained with glue and dirty. For the price and from this company I expected a much better and higher quality product.

I gave my granddaughter a little wooden dollhouse for Christmas and bought this little set to go with it for her birthday. She loves it. Very nicely designed and high quality.

Great, sturdy toy that can take a lot of playing with. Our grandaughter just loved this set. Shes 3yrs old and is really into playing with her dolls house and other miniature items.

So cute...I can’t wait to give it to my granddaughter.

I bought the whole dovetail set for our doll house and my daughter is obsessed however a few of the peices came broken and one broke as she was playing with it. I did manage to out them back together myself with some wood glue though and they have held up so far. If your child is really rough with toys I would reconsider buying or having alot of wood glue on hand.
