The tablets are quite large and I tend to break them in half, which gives an odd uncomfortable feeling when consumed due to the harsh edge that breaking them creates. However, they work well, I've felt a noticeable boost in energy and they actually leave quite a nice taste in your mouth. It has the exact vitamin content I was after and the packaging is good. I just hope they release a version where the vitamin content is spread across a dose of two tablets.
