My usage technique is to wash my hands, dry them, and then use my fingers to insert the product as far up as it will go. I believe, especially if you remain lying down and just go to sleep, that the ovule will stay where it belongs way better than the cream application does. It's less messy too. I found the external cream that comes with the product to be very soothing. I think Monistat is a very good brand. I will give you one piece of advice: If you get recurrent yeast infections that are intractable, see a gynecologist. It happened to me when I was younger, and I got diagnosed with a condition called systemic candidiasis. I had to take oral medication for that condition. This being said, I definitely recommend this product for just a regular yeast infection from antibiotics use or whatever.

I was pleasantly surprised that this works better than the 7 day, maximum strength. The longer and more concentrated is very painful. This one is very soothing and I felt better in two days, normally I have a yeast infection for over a week but this time, within two days I was better, Amazing!
