FolkArt Treasure Gold Brilliant Metallic Paint, 4 oz, Copper

I searched for a good gold color for some Christmas ornaments and after trying several I decided to spend more and order this one. It worked out and I love the color. A bit pricier than others but perfect color for my application.

I’ve ordered 3 colors. Gold, platinum, and antique silver. I plan to use them for journaling, and they’re perfect. They glow beautifully in the light. However, one of my bottles came with the seal open and it was clearly not full. The one I had previously ordered had noticeably more paint in it and I had been using it. I don’t plan on returning as I don’t want it going to waste, plus it’s still more than I’ll need for my project.

When I received this thought it would be too dark for a metal stand. It dries to a shiny gold and get so many compliments the gold color. If you want a metallic color this is perfect.

This is my favorite gold. I use it for everything. It seems a little thick, especially over time. It does need stirring. I wish it came in a smaller, less expensive bottle because my last one got too thick and I had to replace it about halfway through.

Really nice paint colour, can be used straight from the bottle without adding any medium. I had to wait a while for delivery as it came from usa but really worth the wait. Great price

Received gold paint well before estimated time, was really happy until I opened package to find paint had spilled from container. Paint container only put in a bubble wrap bag and probably got squashed during delivery. I think another review wrote this as well, but thought this was a one-off. I have requested seller secure their paint delivers in bubble wrap and put in a box, not just bubble wrap. Gold paint looks great though, can’t wait to see what it’s like on my products.

Used this once before and it turned out perfect. This jar was a disaster. I bought this for a little over $22 way expensive than the first which I bought for almost $10 in-store at Walmart. Could not find it in-store and when I found it online, the container looked way bigger but it was the same like the one I bought for $10. I will buy only in-store next time.

I put 3 coats on a dark flash pink and the result is amazing! I still have half of the container to do another project.
