NOT AT ALL A QUALITY PRODUCT
The product stopped working 5th time of use in the span of 3 months . I dont know if its a genuine product or not . As a normal heat pad would last longer . Will update if they provide any service as they specify one year warranty.

Really helped ease the pain
very useful and delivers on easing of pain , especially good if pains are caused by cold... you can actually keep it on the bed mattress and use it
