These pans are excellent! I make eggs in them with no oil or butter. Cook chicken cubes for recipes no oil or butter and nothing sticks or burns we have a big and a small pan and both are easy to cook on and clean. you can only cook on medium heat as if the pan gets to hot it will warp. I am assuming it has aluminum content in it

So I fell into the “hype” of Granitstone Blue Diamond skillets. My husband and I bought all new pots and pans when we moved into our house 5 years ago. Spent the money on Copper Chef. They worked great. However we have noticed over the last year-ish that the skillets, one in particular that we use the most, are not nearly as nonstick as they used to be. So last week I got on to see what I could find to get us through for a while. Decided I would try the “hype” of this Granitstone Blue stuff I keep seeing commercials for and see if they actually are worth the money. Let me tell you, they 100% are worth the money!!! I bought one 12” skillet, and we have used it 4 or 5 times now. My husband has tried to get things stuck to it, and they just don’t. It’s pretty crazy. Tonight I made Stroganoff in it and you always have noodles and stuff that gets stuck in the middle while it’s simmering. Usually relatively easy to clean out yes, but the leftovers just slid off into a bowl like I was pouring soup or something. Seriously I was shocked. So now I have my Amazon cart with a couple more skillets in it waiting for deals so I can slowly replace the others that weren’t quite as bad, but are getting there. I’m kinda hooked. Being an adult is WILD!! I’m getting excited about a skillet!! Long story short, these ACTUALLY ARE nonstick, clean very easily, and heat really evenly. Very happy with it and will be slowly changing over.

I really liked my last Granitestone pan. So when it came time to replace it, I happily ordered another — even though their non-stick claims are bogus. I loved my pan because it was durable — really durable and easy to clean. If you take good care of it and use a little oil, it will last for years. I used mine at least twice a day for five+ years and it held up well. That's over 3500 meals! Attached is a picture of the surface of my original pan. The coating is starting to come off, but I have no complaints. It lasted far longer than other pans I have owned. However, I was disappointed to find that the pan I received was not the pan pictured in the ad. Yes, it is a Granitestone pan, but if you look at my picture, you will see this one is much more rounded than the one pictured in the ad. I wanted the pan with the bigger, flatter, base. The one I received was more rounded. For that reason, I returned it. For your information, when I bought my first pan they were called "Graniterock." They have since been renamed Granitestone. So, what did I end up buying? I purchased two 12" Blue Diamond frying pans. They are available here on Amazon, and I am very happy with them. They have a solid — and thick metal base — and a really slick inner coating on the pan. The diamond coating on them is tough! So I'm not all that old, 30's, but man I bought this one day after stumbling on it and man it has changed my life. I'm getting rid of all my other fry pans and the like because I NEVER use anything but this. It is so non stick that I have to do extra maneuvers to flip hamburgers or anything else I cook in here, because otherwise the food just slides around. I love this thing! I just bought the entire set of blue diamond cookware and I'm super excited to get it in a day or so! So if you are looking for amazing non-stick without that teflon stuff then get this. I did buy silicone utensils to use with it as I don't want to scratch the surface despite what the description says. So far so good! I've washed in dishwasher and by hand and either way works. I even put it in the oven and the pan still looks good as new and I use it almost everyday!

I needed a new saucepan that was nonstick but not coated with a layer of chemicals. This pan is a good weight with good heat distribution which makes for good cooking time. The material it’s made of provides the nonstick and it makes it easy to clean With the nice glass lid it’s a good price. I would recommend this saucepan to anyone

My family & I are really pleased with this purchase as we have gone through many cooking pans & they always stick. After we received the pan & washed it, we seasoned it with olive oil & have not had any problems with food sticking to the pan since. It cooks the food beautifully & it is easy to clean. Surprised, actually, of how pleased we. 10/10 would highly recommend!

I have always want to have non-stick, non toxic and durable pan. This pan is a good choice as it made of natural diamond and stand to metal utensils

This company should be ashamed of themselves, advertising that it lasts 10X longer, I've had it less than a year and for the last 3 months it has gradually became less and less non stick, even with me adding extra amounts of oil eggs are sticking, bacon likewise and it is now useless.

Excellent pot, just the right size for cooking potatoes, soup, vegetable, custard porridge. Like the pot so much, ordered a second one. Use both everyday.
