Love, love, love this lotion for my feet before bed! Part of my nightly routine to cool my feet, moisturize them and help get a better night sleep.

I ordered this lotion to help with swollen ankles and feet as I’m in my third trimester of pregnancy through the summer. This lotion is amazing! I look forward to using it each night after work. I also got socks with ice pack inserts and this lotion combined with those socks is heavenly. Love that it’s gentle and functions for sunburn relief too. It smells wonderful!

I follow the directions & like the results soothing my legs. It’s become an after shower routine it’s a must to keep up the routine at least that’s what I’ve found.

This product needs... work. I’m honestly unsatisfied with the results I’ve seen come out of it. You see I’m a past prior epileptic who now suffers with neuropathy in the feet on top of swollen achy legs and feet due to my pregnancy. I CANNOT sleep at night and was hoping this would help the burning twitching legs and feet spasms I’ve been suffering with this last trimester... to even get good results at least for me from this cooling lotion and being pregnant I have to refrigerate it as well as aloe and my doctor palmers lotion and coconut oil to feel any relief. Also it’ll work only on certain spots of my feet after massaging it into the skin in an upward direction as the bottle says to! It’ll last maybe an hour at most!! For me anyhow! Lastly but not least I know it is all natural but the minty scent is ALOT for the nose, and considering it’s recommended for pregnant women as most pregnant women are recommended NOT to use menthol or lidocaine lotion/products, i think definitely has some growing room. I want to love it but the scent makes me nauseous and the cooking sensation isn’t long lasting like it claims! Again this is my own opinion and I appreciate in general a brand to be considerate of us pregnant women with possible varicose veins or feet/leg pains, I just feel for five stars BEFORE I bought it and now seeing the results AFTER buying it it could definitely use some room for improvement and work. Otherwise I’d say it’s okay.

I tried many products and was skeptical if this will actually work. I decided to give it a try because it mentioned tired feet and swollen ankles of pregnant women. Well, I'm not pregnant but this product does actually work and I am very happy with it! My ankles typically swell up during the summer months and the heatwave. This nicely fragrant gel instantly cools my swollen and overheated ankles (as needed) and it lasts for hours without reapplying. Most of the time I use it once a today and not even everyday.
