Not for individuals who apply for pcc
I received 10 cards but not used, individuals who wants to take finger prints should go to authorized agencies where they have the same card. My vendor told me they are getting these cards in bulk which will cost less than 50 rupees but I got it for 2000 rupees. Waste of time.
