Good product, bad delivery
As a product 5 stars, unfortunately 3 jars arrived broken due to the packaging.

Very edible, but could be improved!
In my opinion, this product would be much better if the red bell peppers were reduced and the eggplant was increased. I have consumed half the jar, so it is definitely edible. I would just like them to improve the overall experience by making the suggested change.
