Good, reliable SPO2 monitor
I found this to be a good, reliable SPO2 monitor. Like others, I have been using this to check SP02 during and after having respiratory issues. It is very comfortable to wear - even whilst asleep. I think I have an average wrist size, and there appear to be plenty of holes in the strap on either side of where I position it for different-sized people. For me, the vibrate function has worked well in giving me a "nudge" to change my sleep position if my oxygen level drops too low whilst in bed. One thing you find out when you start to use this is not to sleep on or otherwise trap the arm the monitor is on as this restricts blood flow and gives a false low reading, but the vibrations soon alert you to this. The phone app is basic but works well - just set it up on your phone as per the instructions. I've posted a picture of a typical plot for me. You can zoom in/out to look at the detail. Move backward and forward through the recordings you have done. You can even export the data as CSV and manipulate it in Excel if you want to get fancy! The little white "peaks" on the 70% line are when the monitor has vibrated to give me a nudge. Battery life seems good - it will easily work for two whole nights between recharges. Overall, it is a good buy for me - it has done what it says it would do with no fuss.

Comfortable to use and useful tool.
I wanted a device to use during the hay fever season when I couldn't use a positve pressure mask due to restricted nasal passages. The vibration warning when O2 level drops helps to prompt a change of sleeping position to improve breathing. The App on my android phone works well via bluetooth and the results are clear , there is storage for the last 5 nights of data . I find I only tend to view the last nights data so this is fine for me.It is a good indicator of O2 levels and I will be using to to see what affects my sleep so I can modify my lifestyle to improve O2 levels when sleeping.

Very valuable - I can't sleep without it at the moment!
I got this device after struggling to recover from Covid symptoms. As a severe asthmatic I was worried about sleeping and finding my sats dropping - I knew they were because I had a cheap finger O2 monitor that kept falling off! This one works perfectly, buzzing my thumb when my sats go below 90% and making me start so that I breath better. I'm not aware of it but I can see it's working by the number of times I often have been 'buzzed' that show on the report at the end of the night. I also could see very clearly from the reports that I needed to talk to my GP about sleep apnea and I'm now waiting for a sleep study - the info I could show my dr from this device was all I needed to convince them I needed to be investigated. I have become aware that I have problems with my sats at night after starting to use this device, but I'd rather know, and now I'm getting the appropriate investigations. I'll continue to use it for the long term because of the safety of having the 'buzzing' to startle me into breathing again - I wouldn't be without it for now! I can understand the review that said it was cheaply made because it's not the best materials - the metal studs in the strap cause an allergic reaction on my skin and I have to put a tissue between them & my wrist, but in my view it's a small inconvenience to get this amount of info and monitoring for such a relatively low price. This works like a piece of medical equipment but it's certainly not the price of one. And after several months I have had no problem with the quality - it works just as well as when I got it, so it's perfectly adequate (I hope I will still be saying this in a year's time!). I don't like the software that lets you download the info to your computer - it's very glitchy and it seems like the device will only connect at the end of a recording, though you can link it with your phone any time it's on. If you've already downloaded the data onto your phone (as I do every morning) then it seems impossible to connect it to the computer as the device only goes into download mode if you have data you haven't downloaded yet, and though I have months of recordings downloaded on my phone, you can only download the last 2 recordings made at one time to the computer software it's not ideal. Though if you eventually manage to get the device to connect to your computer then the data that comes out of the software is pretty good visually and data wise, and easier to send to your dr than the phone data. I don't find this a dealbreaker though as the data that the phone app stores has everything I need, and overall I would totally recommend the device and I would buy it again in a heartbeat!

wrong reading cause 'heart attack'! Don't waste your money!!!
you will expect this one should be better for its price but it is not !!! I have used this one more than a month, the spo2 reading is wrong and give you false alert every now and then! I tried different figures , it is the same ! I was so worried and spent hundreds to get my heart checked and turned out normal. I bot two different cheap finger spo2 monitor from Amazon to check and they both give normal reading while this one is telling me a much lower reading. Don't waste your money , buy the lower cost one which is more accurate.
