Cute scarf and great fabric but wanted to wear as scarf and this is too small (I should’ve read the dimensions)

At 21" x 21", it’s more of a small neckerchief or accent piece than a functional scarf. Unfortunately, it didn’t suit my needs, so I ended up returning it. Pretty neck scarf, good quality and beautifully packaged but MUCH smaller than I anticipated. It barely goes around the neck, more like a large handkerchief than a scarf. I would buy it again if it were available in a larger size as the quality is good.
