Ordered this to make a keto birthday cake, the flour was of good quality, and smelt so fresh too, it worked a treat for my recipe, and the packaging was also very good quality, it is sturdy material, and made it strong, can re-seal it back up so easily, that's a good touch, and practical too, I definitely recommend this.

As you only need to use a small amount compared to ‘normal’ flour this is great value. I have made several things such a banana bread and a chocolate cake. If you aren’t used to it it can taste a bit dry and gritty. Overall a good buy, good quality and well packaged in a resealable strong bag.

On the bottom of a package there were two small holes, but I fixed it myself. But other than that, its nice.

Used to make treats for my dog, as didbt want him having wheat based treats, great substitute highly recommend as good quality.

Great product, love it, but strongly recommend new users find recipes specifically for it. You will save yourself time, money and disappointment.

Used this coconut flour as a substitute for conventional wheat flour in order to make keto banana bread; have made this twice and both times it was absolutely delicious. I'm really quite surprised how similar the coconut (and almond) flour behaves during baking. I would definitely recommend, at least for banana bread.

I was expecting there to be a certain graininess to the coconut flour but I can say having made two curries with it so far that it's certainly not the case.. :) I'm quite pleased indeed, the flour came in a nice substantial resealable bag and a little goes a long way so it should last me a good while indeed!
