A great 3.75 Star Wars figure from the late 1990s. Packaging was still in good condition after so many year!

Great condition for being more than 20 years old! Great store and they deliver what they advertise!

This Palpatine has amazing detail but has next to no articulation. Arms go up, arms go down. Head turns. And if you're up for a pointless challenge, the knee-less legs bend at the hip. The main thing I do with these figures is set them up in scenes and take photos for a comic strip I do. With Senator Palpatine, I'm limited to shots of his face and perhaps his pointing finger. On the plus side, I could let my kids play with this toy with no problems - fewer moving parts means less to break.

Great looking figure. Very cool details and resemblance. Not a lot of articulation though. If you’re a MOC person the card was in great shape and the Phantom Menace cards looked awesome.

Package was crushed!!! As a collector who doesn’t open this is the most frustrating s#!£… I can’t even hang it with the others

What does Senator Palpatine say when he sees an owl? Hoo it

It is from the late 90s but the figure looks good. Well sculpted and well painted. It doesn't have that articulation as the Vintage figures line.
