Great color and sticks amazing! I am new to the competing world, so at my first show, I got a spray tan through the sponsored salon the organization uses. Not only was it costly, it did not stick to my skin at all. They had to continually touch me up and it just fell off (mainly on my abs). I have pics from that day and I was just so disappointed with how it turned out. Everyone else's looked flawless and mine was patchy and all different colors. In talking with other competitors, many use this product and have shown me pictures of a regular spray than and using this and this actually turned out better! And for the price, I was willing to try it. I did a test run this weekend and it turned out amazing! It applied evenly and turned out great. I had no issues with it flaking off at all or having any unevenness whatsoever. So happy with the product and I can't wait to use it again for my next show in 10 weeks!

I have been trying lots of sunless tanning lotions to find the perfect one. I really like this one. It isn't as dark as I would need for a competition but it is great for everyday life. It is a process putting it on, it takes about a half an hour to make sure that you cover your whole body, but you only need to do it once a week. You look like an oopa loopa after you put it on until you wash it off the next morning. However after your shower it is a nice brown. Make sure you sleep in pj's that are alright to get stained and put a towel on your pillow so your don't ruin your sheets. I think it is all worth it and I am saving my body from all those uv rays.

I purchased this product for my belly dance performances, and I can't say I'm disappointed. I wish it tanned a little darker (hence the four stars), but it's a great base tan without too much of a time investment. I also like that the bottle got me through about six full-body applications, which lasted me quite awhile. However, with the money I spend to boost the darkness of my tan, I'm beginning to feel I may be better of simply getting a spray tan before a show. That being said, I feel like I'll probably always try to keep a bottle of Pro Tan in the house for tanning emergencies or smaller shows, I just won't crutch on it so much for the big stage shows.

I am a competitive Body Builder. I do not feel that this is dark enough for competition. I use REAL Pro Tan (name brand this is by performance brands not pro tan) or I get sprayed at the event. However this is the BEST for an everyday dark tan. I used this last weekend for a trade show (I was trade show model). I sprayed the morning of the event, rinsed off in the shower (without washing)... I didn't want my costume stained. This made my tan perfect!!! I darkened through the day but I was a sunkissed dark brown. This stayed on for 6 days now... I am buying another bottle today! I promised my daughter I would stay out of tanning beds... I found my safe alternative! But be careful this will stain carpet, walls, clothing, fingernails... etc just be tidy about it!

Instant color. Be careful not to get on walls or clothes, sheets if you use as over night tanner. THIS WILL STAIN!!But on the flip side . Instant color. Deeeep dark color, if you looking for a dark glow. This is it!I love this compaired to drug store brands. It get dark instantly with days of repeat applications!..Over night color. Instant tan bronzer. I suggest you use at night you sleep on dark covers. wear black clothing if possible to bed. Shower off in the monrning. Lotion intirer body to insure longer tan. Works well on my face too. Has a brush so you may get hard to reach areas such as back. so you dont have full tan and a white back.LOL. better then the sun, SAFER! Im hooked.

I used this for both mine and my bfs first NPC competition. My boyfriend was first, and he is lighter than me. We started a day before following the instructions and eventually I started spraying directly on him and brush throughout. We got to the show and he was still too light :( one of the guys said they used the same product, but dumped the bottle into a bowl and dipped the brush in there. So a year later, for my own competition I did the same and it turned out GREAT! Gave me a golden color that looked better than some of the girls who went with professional tanning!! Yay Pro Tan!!

This definitely requires patience and a second person to apply for you. I put three coats on before my first contest, 2 the day before and one the morning of. I did not rinse it off as suggested by the instructions. My color was great for the lighting. If my base tan was not as dark as it was a fourth coat would have been necessary. The color turned out even and it is much like applying wood stain to your skin. Just blend it in with many strokes and it will look natural.

I am a fair skinned person and need to be contest ready. this does the trick very well. My only chief complaints are about the application process as this takes a long time, and if your like me you may also need a few coats. It may also kind of have a muddy appearance if not applied properly. So forget that brush and get some latex gloves (much faster and smoother). Those aside. Very nice results. Comes out with a bar of dial soap very easily!
