I highly recommend these. For those that eat gluten free you know there's some horrible tasting stuff out there. However, these were very pleasant surprise. I love these and use them in place of pasta for a lot of different things.

Great ramen noodle replacement for traditional ramen, pho, or any asian recipe asking for noodles! The whole family will enjoy and less preservatives than individual packaged ramen.
