What is the best size to get for a size 6uk foot

I bought size medium for my daughter who is a size 6

on the bloch site a 3.5 to 5 is a S, and the 5.5 to 7 is a medium.

What size would I need for adult size 5 shoes?

My daighter is a 5/6 so I bought a size medium perfect fit
