Great product
Works great. It’s hard for me to use as intended (sitting on toilet) because I have a small round toilet, not oblong. Sometimes the paper gets a little stuck but that is not a big deal. I am so grateful that these products are available. I had a recent injury to my dominant hand and with being obese it is harder to wipe with my non-dominant and. I work in Healthcare and have seen them before. I just thought I would use it a lot later. Again, I am grateful that these products are available.

Marvelous, useful item.
Fantastic item to use after surgery. So helpful for those with arthritis, amputations, etc.

disappointed
this thing worked ok for a minute. most of the time, the toilet tissue would not be released as it should have been, it was better to use the flushable wipes. that was prior to the thing breaking after less than a week's use. the tissue release button got jammed and now I basically have to take the toilet paper or flushable wipe off manually.

Give it time
I have bought these a couple times, they do break wear out. It does take sometimes getting to using but it helps me feel independent with cleaning myself and not having my son help. 1 star left off for sometimes it doesn't grip good. I don't us to, I use baby wipes

Good idea-poor execution
So the idea of a long reaching tool to help clean when you can’t reach, for whatever reason, is a good one. However, this tool doesn’t perform as expected. 1. It says not to submerse the end of the tool, but the very purpose is to remove liquid and solid waste, so it’s going to get wet and dirty, and need cleaning. 2. Although it worked when tested with dry TP, the soiled TP sticks to the rubber end of the tool and doesn’t release into the toilet when the release button is used, leaving you to remove the soiled paper by hand.

Works as described, Just a little too short
This toilet wiping aid is exactly what I needed. I'm so embarrassed and I have come to depend on an apparatus to help me. I was diagnosed with Lymphedema and have huge swelling in my stomach and bum, also I am very large, making it very difficult in cleaning myself. I had been using a toilet cleaner wand with wipes going through the opening of the handle where it hooks on a wall. Sometimes the wipes wouldn't stay on and I would have to start all over again. I didn't realize that there were cleaning aids that help until my doctor suggested Fanwer Toilet Aids. I really like how it has the opening to hold the wipes in place. I really appreciate that the aid has a soft cushioned, flexible end so it doesn't hurt while using it. The easy release button on top end of the wand works fantastic and I don't have to use my hands to dispose it. Both the handle end and assistant end are made of soft rubber and still very durable. The middle of the wand has an ergonomic design and is made of hard plastic. The length of the wand is little over 15 and a half inches long. What I've been using is 19 inches. So getting used to something smaller has taken a little time. The wand is really easy to clean with a sanitary wet wipe. It is not intended to be submerged under water. The main thing about this wand is even though I still need assistance this is made exactly for what I need. It is ergonomic and definitely more hygienic, giving me a better peace of mind. This is a 2 pack and I have one in each bathroom. I would definitely recommend this Fanwer Toilet Aid for anyone that has disabilities.

The most important bathroom item
My wife got this for me after my heart surgery. I am still using it 7 months later. It is easy to use, meets sternly precautions, and can be used one-handed. It's a good thing there are two, because I can keep one in each bathroom just in case.

Did not work well
I bought but could not get them to work right, super waste of money for me. Thought I’d need for knee replacement but just not worth the $
