Great monitor, great price.
5 stars... but initial setup was a bit tricky and the layperson might need to do some googling to get their color, brightness, and contrast right. I had to do a combination of monitor settings changes, in addition to changing the color scheme on the Mac settings side. But in the end, they do match the 5k iMac screen quite well. My minimum requirements were 27", 2k,144htz, DP, and FreeSync. I needed two extra monitors for my main 27" iMac. These fit the bill nicely at the best price on the internet. When I initially plugged them in, I will warn, they seemed to be locked into 1080p and as a result looked quite pixelated and not good. However, after a few minutes tweeking the settings, and turning on FreeSync, they are quite close to my main monitor. Perhaps the color isn't quite as true as on my main 5k Apple monitor, and the contrast is noticeably worse, especially in displaying darker colors, but it's really pretty close, those are just nitpicks and one would not expect to match up a $1200 monitor with these at about $250... for the price they are FANTASTIC!!! I will also add that they do a good job of "auto detecting" which input is being used. I use Raspberry Pi's a lot so I'm often adding and subtracting inputs from these monitors and switching between the inputs is relatively easy too, requiring just 3 clicks to the monitor's buttons to switch from using a Viotek as a third monitor, to having it be it's own monitor for one of the other Pi computers. Really can't say enough about how surprised I was at these monitors quality. They also came with a dead pixel guarantee, however that didn't come into play because every pixel on the two of these I bought was perfect. Shipping was a bit slow, but that's on the seller and anyways we're in a pandemic so that's quite forgivable and they were only a couple days late. That's about all. If you're looking for a good main monitor for Linux, Mac, or even if you're slumming it on Windows (LOL), these are the absolute best bang for your gaming buck in the 27" curved 2K 144hz category.

Overall a great product. I would definitely recommend it.
I was looking for a good 27inch monitor which is either a 4k or 2k panel. I came across this model. There aren't a lot reviews on youtube for this product which is kinda shame because it is actually a great panel. Pros: 1. Lets face it, its budget friendly. I got mine for 260 bucks. 2. Resolution is amazing and color calibration is little bit on the saturated end. Picture and video looks crisp and nice. 3. Great response time. 5ms is probably an overstatement. I actually tested it. It usually falls somewhere around 6-7ms which is still great. 4. VESA compatible 5. Beautiful and subtly curved screen. Cons: 1. The HDMI cable included is trash. It doesn't really support fast data transfers required for 2k display. (I would suggest getting a displayport 1.4 cable for this model and not HDMI) 2. Stand included is not good. You're better off buying a VESA mount and stand separately. 3. Its not bright enough. Overall, I am happy with this monitor. I would definitely recommend it.

Good monitor for the price
Overall 2 weeks in the monitor performs well, no hickups or dead pixels. When I first received the monitor I did have to adjust the color setting a bit due to the fact that the monitor made a lot of videos and images very red and greenish. I adjusted the settings to 39% red, 43% green and blue stayed unchanged at 50%. I also have the contrast set on max and the brightness is fine (I change my brightness throughout the day or depending on what games I play). In addition, I used to game on a 4k monitor at 60 hertz, and though id say the picture quality is a step down (and something I miss a lot) the extreme smoothness that comes this monitor is a feature I figure most people would enjoy, but I for one am a video quality freak, who loves to game at super high resolutions with game settings maxed out. One thing this monitor does have going for it, compared to my 4k IPS panel display is once configurated properly its color saturation is very good, colors are bold, and not overwhelming and for the most part videos look accurate. 3 months of use later: Personally the monitor though it does its job of 144hz, and i've never had any downtime or pixel issues, the issue of color accuracy, and overall scaling to 1440p is pretty terrible, many edges are jagged, and it gives me a lot of headaches when using this monitor due to everything blurry to some extent. I have since returned this monitor and went back to my old LG 4k 60hz monitor.

Worth every damn penny!
This thing is the biggety shizwah! I dont usually take time to review anything on Amazon, but I feel inclined to let anyone with doubts know that this thing is 100% worth all the money! It arrived sooner than it said it would, and in one piece. I wish the packaging was a little more discreet because it sat on my porch and advertised exactly what it was, but I picked it up 30 seconds after the guy dropped it off🤷♂️ Beyond that, the price is an absolute steal! 144hz refresh, 27in monitor, and crystal clear colors with deep hue and buttery smooth transitions? Under the $350-400 price range?? It honestly could have almost doubled in price and I wouldnt have even blinked, the quality is that secure. If you're looking for a solid $200 monitor for school work/gaming/back up 2nd display, whatever, stop looking and buy this stupid thing now. It will instantly change everything you ever loved or cared about in this world and immediately satisfy you with an appreciation of "the finer things in life" It took me a hot minute to get it set up and change my pc settings because it does have different specs than what I was used to, but a quick 5 min. YouTube search will fix that.
