I read so many reviews for wedges that all complained about them losing their shape when you sit on them, but I took a chance on this one, and I'm glad I did. This definitely doesn't squish beneath you when you sit down, and I like the gripping on the under side to keep it from slipping off your seat. I use it at work and in the car since I'm trying to heal a labral tear in my hip, and this definitely helps. I highly recommend!

Comfy and holding up so far, only used sparingly bc im worried of flattening it too much if I use it every day but for short trips along eith the pillow pad my sheelchair also cse eith its been doing well right support ehere needed.

This is the only cushion I have been able to find with the full width and length of an actual seat that isn't just a square slab of foam. I am so happy I Don't have to adjust it every time I sit down!!My other high-quality coccyx cushion doesn't really cover my office-chair or vehicle seat below, so it always move around a little. And it only fits my butt if I center it just so.I bought this to alleviate the tension that my vehicle's "ergonomical" driver's seat puts under my thighs, so the wedge aspect was very important for me. The dimensions of this wedge cushion are exactly as described. It has just the right amount of grip on my leather seat below, too. It was a bit pricey for my budget, but definitely worth it! I really hope they are still selling these when I need a new one in 3 or 4 years. When I realized upon opening the packaging that it really does come from a smaller company in Oregon, and it isn't just a rebranded Chinese knock off- I would say I was more relieved than you can imagine, but I bet you probably can. Who knew you could still find a good, high-quality, no-corners-cut-in-manufacturing product on Amazon?

Design concept got my attention. Looks good, interesting materials. Seat Wide cushion. Strange internal, lumpy knots near cut out caused numbness in my cheeks as I worked. Hard to figure out where to sit. Alas, have to finally give up on this good concept. Returning.

WOW this seat cushion is FABULOUS for relieving back pain!! I have tried many types of cushions and none have worked. I was dreading a very long plane ride due to the back pain I have felt during and after. This cushion provided the perfect support and I had no pain at all. Thank you to the Castle Company for making an amazing cushion.

I love the strap attached to this cushion so that I can put it over my shoulder to take anywhere.
