Having previously written regarding a problem with this duvet I found the link to make a complaint. I cannot fault the company in their response, rectifying my order promptly. Excellent customer service. The duvet cover is very soft to feel and fresh to look at, it is used on our visitors bed and looks very welcoming.

Beautiful duvet cover

Wondered how this duvet cover would feel as it was all polyester but it is fine, soft and comfortable. Not hot and clammy which zi had been concerned about. Easy to wash of course and such good value for money I have bought a second one all polyester.

Nice but not as vibrant in colour as the pictures looked.

The media could not be loaded. I like how it feels and the pattern .colours match my bedroom perfectly and if you want it reversed the pattern is just as lovely but all bluish with ochre in fact not sure which I like best now .would recommend

Has washed well before first use. Happy with purchase
