Good brand
My doctor told me I needed to start taking zinc Citrate because my zinc levels where very low. This zinc was perfect. The price is spot on and it's a good form of Zinc. I found that my skin started breaking out after taking this for a while but I think that was my body adjusting. I started taking it less frequently, once every other day. Positive things I noticed when I started taking this: I stopped shedding so much. I usually shed a lot and my hair feels very thin as I get older (only 27). Taking this for a while I noticed my hair started feeling thicker and I noticed that there was less of my hair everywhere. The other positive thing I noticed is I didn't feel cold all of the time. I'm not sure what the scientific reasoning is behind this but it was nice to not always have a chill. I'm on my second bottle of this now and I will continue taking this every other day.

Has been helpful for me
I have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, which causes my skin to have difficulties with healing. I started taking zinc supplements after needing a lot of dental work. Since using the zinc, I heal a lot faster with less complications. I also seem to get sick less. This is a good dosage at a great price as well.

Best bottle of zinc. Ever.
Originally I purchased this for my husband so that we could have some extra protection against the nasty cold season this year. Not only has he not gotten sick but my goodness, I didn't realize zinc could help libido until this particular bottle of zinc. Is it extra potent? Who knows. Absolutely no complaints from me though as he got more and more amorous the first three weeks of taking it. Now he's constantly at this new state of wanting "extra attention" AND he's still not sick. Win, win for me.

perfect dosage of zinc and the most absorbable form. Your body can't absorb more than 12mg of zinc at time so no need to consume more than this. good price too.

Helps when taken at first signs of a cold such as a sore throat. Got this because 50mgs was too much and caused nausea.
