Not only is it light, but it's also very comfy, with a good design and easy adjustments. All this with MIPS, and a very moderate price. Better than helmets I've tried that were nearly twice the price.

This helmet looks very stylish and fits well (it is easy to adjust). I bought it because of the MIPS heead protection system. Hopefully I will never to find out whether it works. The helmet itself looks well made of quality materials.

Pros (+): Attractive red colour when new. Adjustable. Highly visible. Multidirectional Impact Protection (MIPs, but not for the lower jaw or nose). Comfortable. Cons (-): Colour and structure may alter in sunlight. Useless for rain and/or chill protection. Bulky. No sun blocking peak. Needs careful handling - delicate. Strap adjustment slips. Does not protect against previous head traumas. Expensive, considering the materials. Limited maximum helmet-life expectancy. Intolerant of attachments. No crash replacement guarantee. No protective bag for transportation. Not yet a high fashion item.

I received this in Large and I want a medium (which I would assume is = standard) but I have no way of being able to swap and ensure I receive a Medium or if its available. Looks like a good helmet though so would be happy to have the correct fitting one.

Ordered one size (no dimensions on description) but Adult L arrived 59-62 cm, I'm 56cm so too big. Smith sizes are S 50-55, M 55-59, L 59-62, XL 61-65 cm. I will have to return.

Smith è una marca che non ha bisogno di presentazioni e con questo casco dall'ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo ha sicuramente messo sul mercato un ottimo prodotto. Non troverete sul mercato altri caschi MIPS a questo prezzo. Ottimi i materiali e fissaggio molto comodo. Sicuramente consigliato!

pretty nice helmet overall. fit as size chart had stated. solid build. very lightweight. comfortable. nice ventilation. it also just has a nice look to it. i believe it had a 3 star rating from the Virginia tech helmet testing labs. so i mean its not horrible or super great apparently. hopefully you won’t ever need to find out how protective the helmet is but feels like it’d hold together quite nicely. straps are easily adjustable, and it’s nice having the dial on the back to get that exact fit you want.
