Very nice ladder, just what we needed

Nice ladder. Not as sturdy as expected. Broke in shipping.
Lightweight. Arrived damaged with broken tool tray. Have been trying to get the manufacturer to replace the broken tray. After two weeks trying to contact them they will sell a replacement tool tray for $19.95 plus shipping. So much for the 10 year warranty!
