Life Saver
Immediately relieved the burning sensation in my toes and balls of the feet. I'm a 68 year old woman. Been fighting with my feet for many years. We own a small vineyard and do all the work ourselves. For the past 2 years I have only been able to work about an hour before my feet started to burn. My knees and back were also impacted. I would walk out of the vineyard like a hunched old lady on hot coals. Now, thanks to these wonderful inserts, I walk out a smiling old lady who is standing tall. Knees and back are also happy. Have bought many different products including having a specialist custom fit me with a rise for the ball of my foot. The rise is placed right behind the ball of your foot and glued to an insert. This relieves pressure on the toes and balls of the feet. I like that the Footlogics rise is built into the insert. They are not bulky and don't take up an excessive amount of room. Currently using them in an older pair of Keen hiking boots and they feel amazing. I wear a woman's size 8. Bought a small. They fit perfectly and did not need trimming. They do not shift when crouching, bending or walking on uneven ground. Perfect for hiking and walking the dogs. Do yourself a favor and try these inserts.

Best. Inserts. Ever.
I have spent well over $1000 on different things for my foot pain. I have a torn plantar plate which causes pain under the joint(s) at the base of my big and first toe. Not operable. Told to "live with it". I've bought shoes, metatarsal pads, I don't know HOW many other inserts, professional orthotics.... But was still suffering. The biggest problem I had with most other inserts was that the arch was SOOOO high!!!! Right in the description of most of them it usually says "high arch". And they are high!!!! Every one I bought would cause so much pain in my arch that I could not wear them. Then I got my first pair of Footlogics inserts. Holy cow. The metatarsal pad seems hardly noticeable and I really didn't believe they could possibly help, but they do. And the arch is NOT high, but there is one. For my feet, it's perfect. I think I now have around 5 or 6 pairs of these. Pretty much every pair of shoes I wear has them. Sneakers, hiking shoes, winter boots - everything. These insoles have saved my feet and my sanity. No exaggeration.....

Totally weak arch that compresses too easily
For the record, I am comparing it to a custom orthotic for plantar fasciitis, which has a strong, molded arch and a metatarsal pad.The metatarsal pad on this is pretty big, which may be a draw for people. This insole may not be suitable for somewhat heavier people (I am about 200-210 pounds), I noticed the arch significantly flattening when i tried it on a hard floor. I would say this is on the level of basically having no effective arch supportGive it a try, but these arent quite to the level of a more sturdily built one. If you have clinical foot issues, youd be better served with a stronger insole.

Helps with metatarsalgia
I was told to use these to help with metatarsalgia and they actually work. There is an arch support as well as a metatarsal pad that is slightly larger than others I've tried. I can really feel the difference if I don't use them. I have several pairs for different shoes so I don't have to remove them. They seem pretty durable.

Painful! Support in the wrong places
I realize these orthotics seem to work for most people, but for me and a minority of others with similar reviews, the placement of the raised area is too far back to offer ball of foot relief. Instead these cause intense foot pain, rather than relieving it. I wore these for 8hrs on my feet two days in a row and have not been able to properly feel my toes in my left foot for over two days after discontinuing use (tingling, loss of sensation in toes, plus shooting pain in my feet and up my leg).

Good fit
So far so good. They fit my 8 1/2 sneakers perfectly, feel ok, but I only wore them once for a short period of time. Time will tell.
