Great value
It does take a bit of effort to put the decorations together but nothing too crazy. It looks super cute once it’s up. My daughter loved the decor.

Nice for the price
Everything was as represented and there was quite a bit in the package. The silver backdrop was very pretty and the "21" balloons are huge. I was disappointed that the balloons I thought were polka dotted are not; they just have little circles inside them that fall to the bottom when inflated. The Happy Birthday banner is very flimsy and would rip easily if you are not careful but it's is pretty and looked good hung. The little puffs for hanging were a bit time consuming to do but not hard. Basically a version of the old tissue paper flowers we used to decorated weddings with back in the 70s. I was happy with the purchase and feel it was a good value for the price.

Good but some flaws
The whole package was a good deal . Just too much time to assemble everything . Don’t get me wrong , everything is beautiful. I just used the banner and the numbers with some balloons. Everything was the color I wanted .

Your product was not quality!! And a huge disappointment!!
A lot of the balloons had holes in them. I was in tears thinking that I was going to decorate in a wonderful way to celebrate our daughter's 21st Birthday to have so many problems. It was a huge disappointment. Especially when the number balloons were duds!!

Not Bad When You’re in a Party Pinch
Got these for my nieces 21st birthday. We needed something to decorate the hotel room as we were on vacay and the package was small and easily fit my carry on luggage. The balloons are a little cheap and took a really long time to inflate without damaging them. Maybe get a ballon pump with a slightly sharper handle or tip? Too sharp and it will puncture the balloon too dull and it won’t inflate at all. That part made the process take WAY Longer than necessary. Otherwise we only lost 2 balloons and it turned out pretty cute.

Exactly as expected! Great party option!
Loved this for my daughters birthday. Took a little time to make the poofs… but it was really pretty once it was all up!
