What can I say, chocolate is chocolate. They did arrive a bit melted together into a large chocolate mass but they worked nicely for what I wanted the chocolate for.

It took a while for these to arrive. When they finally did I did not have morsels any more. I received a lump of chocolate. They were all melted together. Not the best way to receive them to make cookies.

These taste great and they melted very nicely in a silicon chocolate mold. I didn't even bother with a double-boiler or anything complicated. I just poured these directly into the mold, microwaved the whole thing until they were mostly melted, smoothed it all out with a spatula, and then let it cool.Results were perfect.I can't imagine any reason to buy a more expensive brand.
