This elderberry supplement works WONDERS on my urinary tract. I have been a quadriplegic for 40 years and, because I have a Foley catheter, I am very prone to getting bladder infections. Doctors told me this 40 years ago and they were right. I also have a lot of edema, or swelling in my extremities, and pain in my bladder. This supplement helps a LOT with that. It is a combination of the ascorbic acid helps prevent bacteria growth, the vitamin D helps with the immune system, as well as the elderberry itself, which has tons of antioxidants and is known to help with inflammation. It works so well for my inflammation, my output will increase dramatically within a few hours of taking it… pretty much like a diuretic. I usually take one capsule 4 times per day. My "output" increases significantly within 24 hours and it is very clear. If I run out, my output drops, the swelling comes back and the bladder infections start to take over. It is sometimes not so obvious that supplements actually work, but I have no doubt that Viva Naturals elderberry is THE MOST effective supplement I have ever taken (magnesium, for bowel function, is the 2nd most effective.)

I have taken this for several years and since I have started I have rarely ever been sick. It is a great product!

I really feel like these vitamins help. I stopped taking them for a bit and noticed I was getting colds or other bugs more frequently. So I got back on them and I’ve noticed a difference. Definitely less frequent than I normally do. No funny smell and no strange taste.

Good vitamins. No nasty tasty. Easy to swallow. I feel like they do help with bowel movements.
