Quick and easy way to serve up chicken soup to family or friends. Particularly great to share with friends who are sick. I add fresh veggies (onions, carrots, celery) and sauté them in a bit of oil before adding the package. I also add chunks of chicken at the end.

Makes good soup! We add frozen mixed vegetables, and a can of chicken meat, to soup mix and it makes a lotto real good soup.

This is the best chicken noodle soup we've ever tasted, canned or dried. We added some pieces of rotisserie chicken. Really good.

I have bought several eight packs of this product. At first I did not like it at all, because there is too much parsley and carrots in their recipe. But at that time it was the only chicken noodle soup that I could get my hands on. However, we have to make do with what we have, and I discovered through experimentation that it is really excellent when you add veggies and chicken. You then have to add more water of course, or else the soup will be too thick. The noodles are of a surprisingly good quality, and they hold up well throughout this process.
