Very thick
Was surprised on how thick and strong this cover is. Put on my 23ft bay boat with T-top. Although the fit is not perfect as it would be with a custom cover it does what it is suppose to do and protect the boat. Seems to be very well made and very durable with added protect at each of the strap connections. The only thing is the straps are very long and I have a lot of extra slack when connected under and across the boat.

Boat cover, sturdy, and big!
We like it, it’s plenty big, covers a 24 ft bay boat with a t-top,

Great value for the money, extremely well made
Very well made. I bought this hardtop cover more as an oversized generic cover hoping it would fit a 17' Mako with an 80" tall custom console and grab bar. Budge recommended against using this cover for my application but for the price - it was worth the risk even if I had to modify it. It was an Amazon return and fit better than I expected. For $120 it was a score. Not only did it stretch enough to cover the outboard it also covered the trolling motor. This cover is designed for a pointed bow and not the blunt bow of my Mako - but it worked out just fine. Didn't need any kind of support tripod - just left the leaning post/backrest on the raised bow deck and the cover sheds water perfectly. And I saved hundreds of dollars. NOTE - I did cut the provided straps in half and tied loops to the trailer instead of fishing them under the hull and used a pony clamp to gather up some of the excess material in the bow.

Nice quality, very good fit for non custom.
This cover is nice and heavy. The measurements seem very good. I have a Whaler outrage 19, which has low gunnels, so it barely made the distance for me. But that's not the covers fault. Everything else good fit. Material has a rubberized coating on inside. This makes it very hard to install by yourself, as it doesn't pull easy, coating grabs. Tie downs work good, two more would have been perfect. I will add. This is my preliminary review, let's see how it does all winter. Much better than a tarp, and anymore than one season, cheaper than shrink wrapping. Don't buy bigger than you need. My boats 18'6", bought correct size, and it even covered motor.

Fits Hewescraft 220 SeaRunner HC/ET
Fits over the outboards a bit which is what I wanted. Once fitted the buckles make quick work of removing and reinstalling the cover for any impromptu winter escapade. Behind the hard canopy will need a bit of support as you can tell from the second photo that it does sag a bit over time. There is extra room so a dingy could be left on top which is nice. The bow is meant for a very high rail so instead of wrapping the bow, I wrapped the trailer tongue which covers the winch from snow/ice build up. Overall I believe this is much quicker than a tarp, heavier duty, reinforced well with the straps and extra fabric at the corners.I tried the x8, it came without some stitching and was too big, returned it and got a size smaller. The main difference in size was it was baggy around the base and felt like it wouldn’t stay tight.Giving it 5 stars despite the bow fitment with a short rail, runs a bit large, buckle covers seem backwards to prevent ice build up and once tightened down the draw cord flips it up. They should give you a bigger stuff bag as putting it back in is a pain… they sent me the wrong one the first time so be sure to check the tag on the stuff bag!Overall I would recommend it as with the warranty it pays for itself considering the cost of tarps/bungees and the cost of shrink wrapping .Budge B-1221-X7-1200Hewescraft 220 HC/ET$350 when purchased… Black Friday $270

Perfect!
We just got our 2nd one of these for our 28’ boat. The first one lasted about 2 years but we live in AZ so the high temperature obviously doesn’t help. However, this product is as perfect as it can be. It is very durable, great quality, easy install, and the clips are just great because they are plastic and won’t scratch the boat. Our first one was the blue that eventually faded so we ordered the gray one this time which is more of a tan/beige color but it is perfect for us. Spend the extra money for this product vs. some cheaper quality and thinner ones. You won’t regret it.

Well made fits Yamaha 252XE
Wanted cover to included ski tower. Already have custom cover that doesn't cover it and hear winter might be rough. Cover came in timely fashion. Not as thick as sunbrella fabric, but way thicker than the cheap plastic covers. This is fabric not plastic. It has well sutured tie down strap clasps that have strong buckle straps with clips with enough length to fit under the boat to the other side.. Fits yamaha 252 XE with tower up about 25' long & 8.5 ' wide, and even covered part of trailer. I was able to put it on myself- could have done better job centering it. Pulled hard on top when caught on ski tower, thought ripped it, it held up. So far so good.

Great cover, but leaves a gooey residue on any edge it touches/rubs against
I have had several of these covers now. All have been a great value for the price, so I still would continue to buy them as they do work great for sun covers. However this latest one I purchased has some kind of a coating on the inside and that coating comes off on any corner, edge, rub rail, bow rail, bolster, etc it touches. It's a black gooey coating and NOTHING I have found will remove it shy of a lot of scrubbing. Mineral spirits won't take it off, neither will any other oil based penetrate. And the problem is, you scrub like crazy to remove it, then cover it again and it's back, so you have to scrub it again to get it off again. The repeated scrubbing is wearing out my seat bolsters and my arm!
