Purchased these as additional ice packs to go with the LotFancy Gel Ice Pack with Wrap . Though not quite as large as the LotFancy's included ice pack, they fit inside easily. We'd just use two on each side. These are soft gel pack ice packs, so even when "frozen" they are flexible, so you can lay your head down on them and still be comfortable - just what you need on aching jaws after wisdom teeth surgery. We liked having these on hand as we were able to keep several frozen at a time and have plenty to switch out with the warm ones. They seemed to chill pretty quickly and lasted through all of our "20 minutes on, 20 minutes off" rotations for those crucial first 24 hours after surgery. We're still keeping a few of these in the freezer for minor injuries. The small size makes them perfect for holding on fingers or to the face as you can hold one to your head without it being so bulky that it covers half your features.

I bought these for my son who had 3 broken ribs and works in a factory. He is right up there as the most stubborn person I know. Wouldn't go to Dr. I bought these and a brace, he actually used them and still does. Have been in the middle of a heat wave and they have helped him a lot!! I use two of these in each Arctic Air personal space cooler. They are easier to use than water plus ice cubes and do a good job. Of course, they are reuseable.

Stay cold for some time. Pretty good deal

These are a nice size and what I like even after many uses they still freeze solid. Some of the similar round ones I have bought do not freeze solid after about 6 months

These work great for injuries it's frozen but flexible.

I used these for different purposes: 1. in an automatic cat feeder to keep the wet food fresh. 2. for a cold foot soak. In both cases they worked great for a short time but tended to melt rapidly and turned to room temperature liquid in a matter of hours. My cat feeder is designed to use this type of ice pack but after the first day there is no chance of preventing the food from spoiling. You have to keep swapping the ice packs out for fresh ones. They're a great substitute for ice cubes without making a mess. But not if you require cold for an extended time period. Honestly they don't seem as shockingly cold as ice cubes but that could be either a good or bad thing depending on the use case.
