Great hose!
Heavy weight yet easy to manage. Comes with a good gasket for a tight fit on the spigot. Large diameter for better water flow. Great price for a hard to find length.

Best hose I've ever owned!
Probably one of the best hoses I've owned. Definitely less prone to kinking then a regular hose. I feel like the connections at the ends are solid. I've had no issues. I especially like the rubber hose itself. Extremely durable and works better then 99% of hoses I've owned. Best part is. It NEVER stays curled up. It has great flexibility!!

Good hose, nice and light
I bought this hose for the back yard to replace a rubber hose that it is used several times a day. It is noticeably lighter and easier to drag than the previous hose that is now in the garden where it is never coiled up so the weight isn't an issue. It does not kink as much as the previous hose but it can kink if it gets twisted. I have only had it a few months but it seems to be wearing well. One thing I noticed is that it feels like plastic instead of rubber when you grab the hose. Not necessarily a bad thing but it feels different in my hand than a rubber hose or a cheap hose. I picked this hose over the top rated one with a similar price because it appears similar in quality but is available in a color more compatible with my yard.

No streaks on the boat!
So far, so good! Replaced my a heavy duty hose because the black rubber was leaving streaks on my boat as the hose got dragged across a corner or edge. The old Goodyear commercial hose was great & durable (sustained VERY hot sun and lasted for over 20 years)... it just rubbed off black streaks. Will see if this blue hose lasts as long, but so far no streaks! The hose material reminds me of the same rubber on the gas lines at the marina. The only minor item is that it'll kink faster than the old heavy duty hose... minor since the kink isnt permanent and flops open by untwisting it.

I'VE OWNED THIS HOSE FOR OVER 3 YEARS
I live in Phoenix, AZ. I've owned this hose for over 3 years now. When it first arrived, it was covered with a waxy/oily substance. It was a mess to touch. That has worn off, but now the surface has oxidized. When I handle the hose, I get a blue substance on my hands and have to wash them after every use. The hose does kink at times, but it is usually easy to get the kinks out by shaking or rolling the hose. After about 2 1/2 years my hose developed a bulge at the end with the male connector. I had to cut off about a foot and put on a new connector. The hose is still functional. I have a much older 50-foot black rubber hose that is in much better shape than this one. I rate this hose okay, but not great!

Quality Hose
Who would know how difficult it is to find a quality hose in today's times. 20 years ago, it fairly easy to purchase a hose that could stand up to heats, the hot sun, constant pressure. This is not the case today... many high-rated hoses do not stand up to heat and the hot sun - they quickly break down in the hot sun. They are designed to be lightweight and flexible, but not too durable. This hose i bought as a leader hose and part of it just sits in the hot south facing California sun. It replaces a new leader hose that lasted maybe 3 days in the 100 degree sun. This blue hose has no issues even when we hit 112 degrees against a stucco house inside corner that gets even hotter than day's temp. Hopefully the manufacturer keeps the quality. I will continue to buy it.
