EXCELLENT WHEAT FREE PASTA
This pasta is amazing...for someone who is doing her best to eat minimally processed food, food with as few ingredients as possible and food that doesn't include wheat this company has so many choices of ONE ingredient, wheat free pasta, and the best part it cooks up GREAT and tastes even better, and while compared to pasta the cost is high the cost is a bargain for as good as this pasta is! Oh I forgot its organic as well!

Yummy pasta!
This pasta is very satisfying with anything! I think a good pasta should be also good alone, or with garlic and oil! Healthy ingredients. The package came damaged. I’m tempted to get my mont back, I’m tired of complaining about damaged products! Please sho care about shipping damaged goods! Amazon used to do a good job! Lately, not so good!

Wish it were cheaper, but it's good stuff
I wish this pasta were cheaper, but it's a great gluten free alternative pasta that's pretty tasty, with an interesting and different color. It doesn't hold together like pasta since it doesn't have gluten, but it doens't bother me that it falls apart much more readily. I actually just bought some more because I was reminded that this product existed. Good consumer I am. I use this pasta for a delicious "grown up mac and cheese" recipe (as I call it). Go on Youtube and search "Two Greedy Italians buckwheat pasta." You're welcome :-)

Delicious product with excellent cooking instructions...if followed perfectly the pasta is super food for you, delicious and al dente!

The best. Well done, good texture like traditional wheat pasta only healthy. Cooks faster. I cook in water enough to finish the cooking and leave a creamy sauce

Great product!
I wasn’t sure how I would like buckwheat pasta but I really enjoyed this brand! Definitely worth the money if you’ve never tried buckwheat. Cook time was typical of any pasta.

Nope and too expensive
I love buckwheat pasta in general…….. when I was in Ethan I tasted and it was delicious so I decide to bring iback to the US a bunch of buckwheat pasta Lol and unfortunately I ran out and I decide to order this one and sorry to say I’m very disappointed. it’s OK but not great and the price is outrageous. Will not buy it again after buying 8 packs
