Very pleased with these tires
I have a 2009 Fit that doesn't get driven a whole lot. Original tires were wearing so I decided to go ahead and get 4 new tires. I am so glad I found these!! The ride is much softer, which is a big plus. I can no longer call the Fit a fanny buster because of the stiff ride! Another big benefit is the lessening of road noise. The interior of the car is much quieter now. It's early days yet so I will update this if I have some reason to change my mind about these tires, but as of now these are a tremendous bargain and a great tire.

Soft sidewall, less compliant and stable ride.
I've had these tires for about 3-4 thousand miles now and I've definitely noticed two main weaknesses of these tires compared to the original Dunlop SP7000s that I had for 77 000. These tires, Ventus 2 Concept 2 seems to result in less compliant drive, possibly due to softer sidewalls. The car feels less stable and more vague in corners. Also, my fuel economy went down by 2 mpg, and I am commuting on exactly the same road. The tire is about the same in terms of noise. This explains the relatively low prices. They are made in Indonesia. Honestly, I would not buy them again. My next tires will either be Dunlop SP7000 again or some other brand that's available at the time of next replacement. Can not recommend them, unless price is the primary consideration. Update: All the concerns have dissipated and I am now fully satisfied with these tires. The traction, noise and wear are excellent. 11 000 miles on them and can't see any wear yet. Considering the low price, they are an excellent value. Update on December 1, 2018. I am very pleased with these tires now. Put about 35,000 miles on them since installation and I barely see any wear. They wear evenly and I am used to the handling. I do now recommend these tires.

oldest new tire ever
One of the tires I received is four years old. Tires deteriorate with age regardless of mileage. Seven years old is an old tire. One of the brand new tires I just bought is already over halfway there. For those who don't know: The last four digits of the DOT number show the age of the tire. The last two digits are the year of manufacture. The two digits before that show the week of the year, 01-52, in which the tire was manufactured. My singular ancient tire is also much dirtier than the other three. They must have found it lodged under a shelf in the warehouse. It is a relic of the COVID era. If you want a brand new relic of your own, buy these tires.

They were 1 year old tires, but had a great price.
Unfortunately the seller does not post the year of manufacturing, and I found no way to contact the seller. My local tire shop wanted $70 for a used temporary tire, so the $88 price tag here was still a very good price. Upon receiving the tire I realized they were manufactured 14 months ago. Which isn't great, but isn't terrible either. That's were the discount price comes in. They simply must sell their aging inventory. Still as mentioned, completely worth it for unused tires. I also used the Amazon tire mounting service with Mavis and paid $15 for balancing and mounting each tire which is a pretty good deal considering places want double that. Would definitely purchase again.
