Q: How many cups(dry)/servings to a pound? I have looked over the product info and the reviews and can't don't seem to see that info anywhere.

Dear Wild Wandering Child. I hardly ever serve someone a cup of dry powder (unless I don't like them very much), but...here is some information that I hope will answer your question. To make a cup of milk takes 3.25 tablespoons of mix. That weighs .077 pounds, 1.25 ounces, or 37 grams. A cup of powder weighs .28 pounds, 4.48 ounces or 128 grams. Mind you this is with my little kitchen scale and some non-perfectionist weighing protocols. That means that a cup of powder would make 3.5 cups of milk. Cheers!

I spent several hours researching and reading about the rhbg information. I sent an email to Hoosier Hill Farm. Unlike others who say they have not heard from them I received an answer the next morning, 12 hours after sending it. Here is what they said about the hormones in their entire statement.QUOTE:Thank you for your letter. I will be posting my review when that happens this week.UPDATE: I thought I had updated this but got busy.This is slim milk in powder form. After using for the first half of the bottle and then decided to compare the taste to regular Vitamin D milk. This dry milk looses the taste with cereal. Milk with cereal has a taste that adds to the cereal but this dry milk does not have that. To me it taste like the 2% milk and that is not Vitamin D milk. I had a bowl with this and one bowl with Vitamin D milk. I ended up throwing out the remaining bottle because I could not take the taste anymore. This is my experience, just do not like using 2% milk, taste like flavored water to me.

It seems like the nutrition information printed on this product's label is completely off -- for example, my label says that a 13-gram serving of the powder contains 225 grams of cholesterol, which makes no sense (it doesn't even make sense if you change the grams to mg).However, I would have no reason to believe that this powder is nutritionally any different from regular whole milk, if diluted properly.
