Delicious
Very good. I Have a bad stomach, so the healthy request is blander than the usual and sits right with me, it’s a good way to get some protein in when you’re not feeling so hot.

high sodium but is blunted by high potassium, good flavor/texture, pantry staple, versatile
Pretty good basic soup with good taste and texture. Pop top makes it easy to use; nice for emergencies, camping, hiking. Can eat hot or cold (though warmed is always better). Eat as is or use over rice, noodles, bean, other foods of choice. I prefer to stretch my can of soup with other addins (or using it over something), or pair with a chunk of bread. Canned foods are always high in sodium as it helps with shelf stableness. I like seeing the high amount of potassium which can help offset or at least blunt effect of high sodium product. If using in emergency, especially if having been very active, sweating.. then adding back sodium is good. I dont eat this stuff enough to think about it I just like having extra food on hand for emergencies, or if i am ill, or if weather is bad, or I cant get out, or food shortage, or insane prices. I usually keep a can in my hiking bag. Easy food. I dont rate on price, but i discuss. When it comes to food I try to shop sales. I buy extra so I can fill up y pantry. I consider it reasonable when I can find soup like this for $2 or less per can. $2.50 is currently my max which is probably edging close to not being doable to me as prices continue to rise. Hence my careful shopping. Fortunately I am often conscientious of my pantry, and have been still "enjoying" 2015/2016 prices well into 2023. Even a big savings over prices this time last year. Going forward it will be good sales only. Buy food when you can while you can. Ingredients: Chicken Stock, Water, Potatoes, Carrots, Roasted Chicken Meat, Diced Tomatoes In Tomato Juice, Celery, Peas, Contains Less Than 2% Of: Modified Cornstarch, Green Beans, Dried Onions, Potassium Salt, Salt, Flavoring, Carrot Juice Concentrate, Potato Starch, Yeast Extract, Dried Garlic, Dried Chicken Broth, Mechanically Separated Chicken, Spices, Carrageenan, Sugar, Chicken Fat, Lactic Acid, Disodium Inosinate, Disodium Guanylate. It's a decent alternative
Not a strong flavored soup. But it has an adequate amount of meat, noodles and veggies

A Repeater
Lots of flavor - didn’t miss the salt due to the “heat” of spices. Would buy again.

This is a sausage soup. Period.
i have to say, as a soup lover of the Campbells Chunky line, I am not thrilled with the Sausage Gumbo. Putting chicken with sausage is like putting eggs with jalapeno peppers. The chicken disappears and you taste the sausage. If you love sausage, you will love this soup. If you want the chicken flavor, buy the other chicken flavors such as creamy dumplings. Which are smashingly delicious. Yes, this is salty. But again, sausage is always salty. For me and for a shade of health better, I personally stay away from any sausage in anything. Then again, you really cannot taste the sodium in pizza, but the average frozen pizza has about 3000 mg of sodium in it, which is 50 percent higher than adults should consume in a day. Even though you can tasted the salt, there really probably is not enough in there to be really bad for you. It comes down to if you are a sausage lover or not.

No mumbo jumbo, this is pretty good gumbo.
Let’s face it. Making homemade jumbo is a lot of work. At my house, no one likes it but me. Cajun restaurants are far away. So, I make it once in awhile for myself and eat it for a week. This jumbo is heart healthy and convenient. Local grocery stores don’t always stock it, so I buy a few cans at a time. The price here is very good and I recommend this product.
